Functions of Tamilnadu CM Special Cell
The functioning of a responsive Government are rooted on seven principles namely Access, Equity, Communication, Responsiveness, Effectiveness, Efficiency and Accountability. In order to ensure, that the public from diverse backgrounds, face no barriers in receiving Government services, are assisted when their entitlements are impeded, are facilitated to voice their grievance and appropriate remedy given to genuine complaints, the Chief Minister’s Special Cell has been formed.
Armed with a genuine purpose the Chief Minister’s Special Cell functions as the Hon’ble Chief Minister’s Grievance Redressal forum open to public from all walks of life. Norms are established to redress the grievances in an expeditious, fair and sympathetic manner without giving room for public dissatisfaction.
The petitions are sent to the respective Departments and replies are fed into the online monitoring system. The Departments have been sensitised on the necessity for prompt and effective disposal of the petitions. Review meetings are being convened with the nodal officers of each Department/ District so that offices brooking delay are made accountable.

Subject: Request on reevaluation of the patta issued by VAO,Land surveyor of vandalur taluk against the High court of madras (Contempt of Court) while the petition was live on 2020 july 19.(Survey No:155A- 2A2A1).
For the past 3 years (from 2016-2018) the land grabbers (vembuli kumar, Bhuvaneshwari, VASU)had created the fake documents using fake signatures and also produced fake survey numbers with sub divisions case has been registered against them to the land grabbing special cell (Kancheepirum) and the case is still pending with them.
In the year 2018 Writ petition was filed in high court of Madras 7012 on objection of the fake documents provided and also to stand against getting the patta divided.

All the above respondents case are still(2021)pending with High court of Madras.
On 21 July 2021 the Land surveyor of Vandalur Thaluk named “Kaviyarasu”, TDS “Darvi ” VAO “Venkataperumal” had been to our place to measure the survey area when we were present and we had objected not to measure as the case which was filed in Land Grabbing Spl cell was on live, when the chengalpat land surveyor “Pushparaj” had come to measure the survey land we had objected and then the counter was filed from 2017- till date which is also live ,the Writ Petition was still live in High court , even after explaining all these the 3 officials got bribed and had issued a subdivision patta with the Land Grabbers name(Vembuli kumar, vasu and bhuvaneshwari) created fake patta and subdivision.
1.old 2A2A1 1011patta new subdivision 2A2A1A.- vajiravel son of raju nayakar.
2.old 2A2A1 ,8374 Patta new subdivision 2A2A1B – vasu son of vajiravel.
3.old 2A2A1 ,8375 Patta,New subdivision 2A2A1C – Vembuli kumar son of vajiravel.
4.old 2A2A1 ,8376 Patta, New subdivision 2A2A1D – Bhuvaneshwari wife of vembuli kumar.
All these created on 21.9.2021 after objection withe gov officials of vandalur taluk and VAO of vandalur.
When taken to the notice of Thasildar of Vandalur Thaluk rejected the patta they created and issued the Patta’s sub division with the help of Deputy Thasildar and land surveyor kaviyarasan and Darvin particularly VAO( Venkataperumal) of Vandalur Thaluk.
Kindly request you to consider the above concern and request you to take appropriate actions on the above individuals and help us to sustain a peaceful life.

Sir My Name is P.Ellappan Kolathur village Asoor Post Walajabad Via, Kamchipuram Dist. So many people are having rudra boomi , Meikkal Purampoke land in all districts by doing agriculture. But they are having proper patta to the land, if government can consider to issue patta to these land they can live freely doing agricultural work in their. All VAO’s maintaining their records, from time to time changing the name as meikkal poromboke as rudra boomi for which we cannot receive the patta. So the Government can change their policy, and hereafter manage to issue patta to the land owner because of the lands are using by them more than 70 – 80 100 years without patta. Upto 1997 they remitted property tax (land and water ).
I have applied new ration card in Sriperumpudur DSO office but not issue the card more than one year.
