To check the status of Uttar Pradesh death certificate application proceed as below:
** On the Home page of the website click the menu item “Death Certificate listed in the left menu under “Services for Citizen”.
** Click on Check Status for Birth Certificate image.
** Three search options are available:
i) Using Acknowledgement number provided after application was successfully submitted.
ii) Using Registration Number
iii) Using advanced search with city name and date of death.
** Select the appropriate option and submit to view the status of application.

3. What are the provisions of property tax collection?
There are three provisions for the property tax collection.
** From Counter of Zonal Office of Nagar Nigam

** From Registered CSC of Nagar Nigam
** From Webbased solution via payment gateway ( SBI Mops)

4. Can I get the Birth/Death certificate from Hospital?
When the event ( Birth/death) takes place in hospital, there is provision to register the brith/death and the provisional birth/death certificate is given to citizen.

If your birth certificate has been issued, you will see the status as “Issued”. If your birth certificate is still pending, you will see the status as “Pending”. You can also check the status of your birth certificate by contacting the local municipal office where you registered your birth.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind when checking the status of your Uttar Pradesh birth certificate online:
