** You can log onto the website, ghmc.gov.in and search for your TIN number based on your locality, circle, ward, Door No., Title of Trade or Type of Trade. You can also go to the Citizen Service Center located at GHMC Head Office, Tankbund to know your Trade License Number.

** First 3 digits indicate the ward code.
** 5th to 7th digits indicate the *Minor Code.

** Minor Code represents the code of a minor work which comes under a Major work category.*

Under Section 521 of GHMC act, the trade license will be issued by the Commissioner or any other authorized officer of GHMC and under 622(4) the action will be taken up for not obtaining the Trade License or written permission of the Commissioner. You can log onto the website, ourmch.com and search for your TIN number based on your locality, circle, ward, Door No., Title of Trade or Type of Trade.
You can also go to the Citizen Service Center located at MCH Head Office, Tankbund to know your Trade License Number.

How to pay my Trade License Fee :
Trade License Fee can be paid in any of the eSeva centers located in Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

1. How do we take a new Trade License as we do not have the ‘blueprint’ copies which is a necessity as per the GHMC authorities for accepting the documents? We had paid the requisite amount through DD but upon submission of documents they are insisting on the ‘Blueprint’ copies else they would reject, they say. Please advise.

2. I wish to know the date where obtaining trade license by a hospital has come into effect. When will standing committee approve the trade license to hospitals? What is the basis for levy of trade license fee? Can it club two different types of businesses under one category?

3. How to apply for trade license renewal of GHMC online? There is option of online application for new license. But for renewal there isn’t any option. Can I send the scanned copy of the application along with payment receipt to customer care?
