How To Apply For Nadakacheri Caste & Income Certificate?

To apply for Nadakacheri Caste & Income Certificate, Follow the below steps

** Go to nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in and click on “Apply Online” below in left side.Then user will get Nadakacheri Karnataka Login page, Enter Mobile number

Click on ‘HOME button to enter Nadakacheri home page.

** Old Caste Certificate
** Ration card
** Relatives Certificate & Genealogical tree if none of the documents available
** School certificate (If Studied)
** Self Declaration by applicant before RI (Urban)

Put the mouse over NEW REQUEST menu to see all services. Click on the required service.

Click on the Caste Certificates.

** Existing valid certificate will be searched based on given Aadhaar No/Ration CardNo/Name of the applicant within the habitation/ward.
** If Ration Card Number is not available , enter 9999 in the place of RationCard Number
** If the search result is not matching with your requirement, reject all the results one by one.
** You will be redirected to apply for fresh application
** In the fresh page, you will not be allowed to change the information which are typed in the below columns. Give the correct information to search
** If the search result is matching with your requirement, select any one of the result to proceed

Select the mode of delivery,as NadaKacheri OR Registered Post.

And upload the Required documents for the caste and Income certificate. Red colour labels indicates compulsory fields and remaining fields are optional but need produce for easy and fast process of applications. And then click on ‘Save’ to save or ‘Cancel’ for cancelation.

Enter the Image Value provided in the text,

Click on ‘Save’ button, then will generate ACK no, and user will receive same ACK no to his mobile.

Click ‘OK’ button, then Click on ‘Online Payment’ button to pay the application fees. Then will show the following message as below. Click ‘OK’ to proceed or ‘Cancel’ to cancel the payment.

In the bill payment page, choose the card payment: Credit Cards, Internet Banking, Debit Cards, Select the Card Type, and click on ‘Make Payment’.

Provide required details then click on ‘Make Payment’.

Choose the appropriate option then continue… Then click

 

Then click ‘Generate OTP’ for authentication.

NOTE :
The application will be accepted only after successful online payment of application fees.
After successful payment, ACK no. will appear in concerned Nadakacheri’s for further process of application. And final certificate will get in concerned Nadakacheri center.

1. After applying for income and caste certificate, how many days are required to get it and from where we have to collect it?
Now it takes minimum 8days and maximum 21days. You can collect it from nadakacheri.com website.

2. I got my income&caste certificate in 2015 but it came as valid only for one year. How to change the same to 5 years validity.
Caste Certificate is valid for long time. However, for now Income certificate is valid only for 1 year. You need to get it renewed/apply for new certificate.

3. I lost my caste certificate that was done in 01.02.2014 but I have duplicate of that means xerox. How can I get ordinal or I have to make new one?
You apply another one. You can attach the old xerox cast certificate. That is enough.

5. Documents required for income and caste certificate?
You will need voter Id, SSLC T.C. income from source (Salary slip or own source).

6. My father belong to madiga caste but for some mistakes in the time of my admission for 1st standard My caste is changed. Now I have completed my education. Now can I Correct my caste according to my father caste?
Yes, you can do correction of caste detail. However, we need father’s T.C. from education department in addition to ration Card.

7. My cast certificate(catagory-1) has been done in 2011. It is valid for 5 years right but when I went to my m.tech counseling(KEA). They said its not valid and get new one and they have given only 4 days time. How can I get caste and income certificate with in 4 days?
Caste certificate done before 2012 is not valid now so you have to make a new certificate( photo will be taken by the Nadakacheri office) which is valid for life time. visit the NADAKACHERI office (BBMP) of your area with relevant documents and apply. Minimum time to get the certificate approved is 21 days

    Even though you upload your original documents including latest old caste certificate, school certificate, original ration card supporting department will reject with reason as (Applicant not given details about the caste).
    Especially those your application rejected you can see the same status as Application is rejected, though you uploaded original documents. Don’t waste money by applying online its better visit department personally and submit documents directly to the relevant officer.
    I have applied with 3 times with all required original certificates still rejected.
    Online is one of the best method to collect money from common people and just simply rejecting application without doing document background check from the department side.
    Simply department show case they are doing awesome online services to general public but end result is zero.
    So, general public please don’t waste your time and money by applying online, directly visit nadakacheri office and get in touch and chase officers to get your work done on time.

  114. First register your name number in online registration tab and the go to online application you will get new registration, print application and click get status tab and type your RD0000 number and so on….

  115. I had applied for caste and income certificate and my son’s name and caste and income proof all ok. Only thing is that instead of sayin kumara it has been showing as kumari(in kannada). My son name is Sohum Venkatadri. It must me spelled as Kumara sohum venkatadri.(in Kannada language) Can I correct using black pen or want to contact tahasildar office for correction.     1. You are required to register first in the above link to apply for the certificate.

    2. Hii Friend,

      Go to nemmadi kendra located in each district in particular area, just take your voter id/aadhar card. They would give you application form fill it, later they would send the application for Tahsildar office for signature. Take acknowledgement copy from them.
