How To Pay:
** Log onto your Lifeline account with your customer id and password.
** Select the policy which is due for payment.
** Choose from various payment options – Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, eCard or Mobile Wallet, to make Premium payments instantly

Bill Desk / Bill Junction:
Now you have a facility of paying your Renewal Premiums online by following these simple steps
** Logon to www.billdesk.com / www.billjunction.com
** Register yourself online (No registration required, if you are an existing registered Bill desk user)
** Select Reliance Nippon Life Insurance as a Biller under Insurance category
** Enroll your Policy
** Authorize your payment

IVR:
1800 3000 8181 (toll free) and follow the instructions to pay premium using your credit card. Please keep your Policy No. & Date of Birth handy.

NACH/ECS:
Electronic Clearance System (ECS)/National Automated Clearing House (NACH)

ACH/ECS is a facility by which your Renewal Premium will be automatically debited from your specified bank account on the  Premium due date
** To avail of this facility, you need to fill and submit an Existing ECS/NACH form along with a cancelled cheque (which is required to record the MICR Code of your bank)
** You can submit this at any of our Branch Offices or handover to your Advisor
** Note that we will require 30 days to process from the day we receive your NACH/ECS form at our branch. In case your next Renewal Premium payment falls due within the next 30 days, you need to pay that particular premium by normal mode (cash, cheques, online)
** Your policy should be active (in force) at the time this facility is activated
** Incase the Premium due date falls on a holiday; the premium would be deducted on the next working day

Now you can make your renewal payments through your Credit Card (VISA, Master and Diners Club). Your Premium will be debited from your specified Credit Card account on the Premium due date.
** To avail of this facility, you need to fill and submit the Credit Card mandate form along with a photocopy of your credit card
** You can submit this at any of our Branch Offices or handover to your Advisor
** Note that to process the transaction we will require 10 days from the day we receive your documents at our branch. In case your next Renewal Premium payment falls due within next 10 days, you need to pay that premium by normal mode (cash, cheques, online)
** Your policy should be active (in force) at the time this facility is activated
** Incase the Premium due date falls on a holiday; the premium would be deducted on the next working day
