How do I pay for tickets purchased online?
Payment for online bookings can be made through both credit and debit cards. While we accept all major credit cards, we accept Debit Cards for select banks like SBI, HDFC, Axis Bank, Deutsche Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, Corporation Bank and Indian Overseas Bank.

Note: The credit / debit card used to pay for tickets may be required at check-in or during refund processing.

Are online transactions safe?
Jet Airways is committed to the safety and security of the online transactions. Customer’s credit / debit card is as safe as possible when booked on jetairways.com. Information exchanged with us online is treated securely and protected by Verisign, by using the internationally accepted and industry standard powerful encryption technology (128 bit secure socket layer, SSL).

This software encrypts the customer’s personal data as it is sent between the browser and our systems. The web booking engine is directly connected to Sabre Reservation System and payment gateway(s) for credit card processing, avoiding that transactions get further exposed on the web.

What is ‘Net Banking’?
‘Net Banking’ is a mode of payment that allows you to pay for bookings on jetairways.com through a direct debit facility from your bank account.

How long will it take for my account to be debited?
Your account will get debited instantly upon a successful transaction.

Can I avail of JetProtect Travel insurance?
JetProtect travel insurance is currently not available for Net Banking / Cash Card payment options.

How can I collect my tickets?
eTickets will be issued for all bookings made online at jetairways.com. On a successful purchase, the system will generate an electronic ticket and a printable itinerary receipt will be displayed. The itinerary receipt is your confirmation of travel. You will also receive an email with the status of your booking.

You can print the confirmation shown on your screen or print the email. Then all you have to do is walk in to the airport and check-in with valid photo identification and printed itinerary receipt. Your boarding pass will be issued against the itinerary receipt.

What itineraries can I book online?
You can book one-way or return trips in Economy and Premiere. Bookings can be made for adults and children.

Can I make a reservation for anyone?
Yes, you can book online for any one provided you use your valid credit / debit card and provide correct passenger details while booking.

Can I pre-reserve or select my seat online?
Yes, by using our web check-in facility you can pre-reserve or select your seat online. However, this facility is not available at the time of booking.

What documentation can I use for my expense reports?
In the case of expense account reporting, you can use your boarding card stub, which was issued at check-in and/or the Jet Airways issued electronic ticket itinerary/receipt.

What if I lose my eTicket?
No problem. Your eTicket is electronically generated and stored in our reservation system. Simply call our help desk for another copy.
