1. Home Page :
** Open the website of the University “kanpuruniversity.org/” in browser.
Related : Kanpur University Online Application For Degree/ Provisional Certificate : www.statusin.in/3072.html
** Then click on the link “Generate Web Registration Number”.
** Home page of the registration section will open on your screen.
The registration Home page comprises of :
** Click on the Apply Now button to go to the Online Registration Page.
** Click on the Re-Print E-Form button to re-print the submitted registration form.
** Click on the link Download User Manual button to download this User Manual.
** Other Informative Links are also given and from time to time, various information will be displayed on this page.
2. Registration Page :
By clicking on the Apply Now button, applicant shall move to the Registration Page
Applicant has to enter the following details in the above form to Register :
** Name of Student (as on Intermediate Certificate)
** Father’s Name
** Mother’s name
** Course for which student has to apply
** Date of Birth (as on Class 10th Certificate)
** Valid Mobile Number (OTP will come on this mobile)
** E-mail ID
On submitting the above details OTP is sent on the mobile entered
Note : If OTP is not received within 5 minutes, then go back to Registration page and re-enter the details to generate another OTP.
3. Personal Details :
** When finished with the registration part and authenticated through OTP, applicant proceeds to fill the Personal details
** Personal Details like Gender, Domicile, Annual Income, Category, Sub-Category, Nationality, Minority Status, Local and permanent Address are to be entered.
** Fill all the details in the above form and then click on Save and Continue button to save and move to next Page.
4. Educational Details :
** When applicant has finished entering personal details and moves to next stage, following form of Educational Qualification details
** Applicant has to fill all the details of High School and Intermediate like Roll Number, Year, Subjects, School/College, Board, Obtained and maximum marks etc.
** When applicant has finished entering the above details, he/she then click on Save and Continue button to move to the next page.
5. Upload Photo & Signature :
** When applicant has finished entering educational details and moves to next stage, following form for uploading photograph and signature
** Click on Browse button then select file for Photo and Signature then click on Save and Continue button.
** The files get uploaded the moment browse button is clicked.
** Please note the instructions for file size and format which are permissible.
6. Confirm & Receipt :
** When applicant has finished entering all the details and submitted, a confirmation screen is displayed.
** This screen also bears the Web registration Number which is allotted by the system.
** Click on Download Application Form” to print the form
7. Application Form:
** Click on the Download Application Form button to download the application form.
** WRN generated is valid for all courses for which applicant is eligible
Completion of Incomplete form and Re-print form :
** Applicant can complete the form if left incomplete at any stage.
** Applicants can also re-print the form if submission process is complete.
** To do so, applicant has to enter the Login ID obtained after registration, Date of Birth and Mobile Number.
** When applicant logs in, if form is incomplete, the applicant lands at the page which is incomplete.
** When applicant logs in, if form is complete, the applicant can print the application form only.
