CAPART through its website is trying to ensure maximum reach of information and services to the public. To further increase the transparency and provide up-to-date information to all stakeholders and also to a general citizen, web based online system has been launched.

Receipt & Dispatch System :
The main objective of this modules is that receipt and dispatch register will be available in public domain. It also has a feature of online query submission by public.

VOs can submit their online query through their login id given by NGO-PS. Online status of query can be tracked. The status of correspondence which is received offline (through Dak) will also be enlisted.

Project Monitoring System :
It has been mandatory for VOs to apply online through National Portal (NGO-PS). VOs registered on NGO-PS will apply their projects online to CAPART and thereafter can check the status of their application/project both through website of CAPART and NGO-PS.

It will also be mandatory for VOs/Evaluators to submit all their reports online. There will be a feature of automatic e-mails reminders/alerts. This apart from increasing transparency will also eliminate delays at all ends.
