Essential points for ordinary citizens in relation to the first information report on e-station :
** The e-First information report can only be filed against the unknown accused. In cases where the accused is known, those cases will not be included in the proceedings of e-station.
** Any person can register e-First Information Report in all cases other than nominated and serious crimes like murder, robbery, rape etc.
** The report which will be lodged at e-station, will be considered as the first information report after it has been approved by the e-station in-charge.
FAQs :
1. What is the importance of Bundle of Services approach?
As part of this approach, all the implementation components at the State/UT level are “bundled” and will be contracted out to a single Systems Integrator (SI) who would act as a single point of contact and be accountable for the implementation, integration and performance of CCTNS
2. Is MHA/NCRB undertaking empanelment of System Integrators (SIs)?
No, there will be no empanelment exercise for selection of SIs. States/UTs will select the SI through an open bid process.
3. Can the States/UTs propose its choice of technology stack in the RFP?
No, the State/UT shall not propose the choice of stack in the SI RFP. Out of the two distinct technology stacks being used by the SDA to develop the CAS, the SI should be asked to bid with one of the stacks.
4. Who will fund the last 2 years (out of 5) of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services?
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) will provide funds for O&M for a period of three (3) years only. Additional years of O&M will need to be funded by the States/UTs themselves.
5. Will the SDA provide support to the SI during implementation and other phases?
Yes, SDA shall provide Help desk support to the State/UT SIs during customization, deployment and stabilization phases as defined in the SI RFP.
6. Should all higher offices be covered for implementation in phase 1?
Phase 1 should be treated as a pilot phase and approximately 10% of the police stations and higher offices should be covered during this phase.

Shri Virendra Kumar SI Mobile No. 08218649045 Choki Ansari Road Bulandshahr called to complainant on dated 28.06.2022 regarding complainant testimony and necessary action through received complaint from Meerut Circle Meerut ..call recording available.. where after visit at above choki by the complainant, neither written testimony copy had given nor a FIR had lodged against Superintending of Post Head Post Office Bulandshahr, as well as misbehaved, cried, tried to kill and made pressure on the complainant to remove the name of police officers from complainant application in which a complaint had given by complainant on 112 Number Police on dated 29.06.2022 in which action has not been taken till now on above person.

Respected Sir, the complainant wants to urge that in present, to issue a letter PGPORTAL Dated 18.07.2022 on complainant’s PG Portal and PMO Portal closed current complaints, a threat has given to the complainant by Mr. T.P. Singh Superintending of Post Head Post Office Bulandshahr 203001 Uttar Pradesh that complainant’s complaints are useless and if it’s have not been stopped he will write for legal action against complainant. Before it, Superintending of Post Head Post Office Bulandshahr 203001 Uttar Pradesh already had been given threat to the complainant through issue letter PGPortal dated 20.06.2022 in which the complainant had given a application to SHO Sir Mobile No. 094544XXXXX on dated 21.06.2022 at Kotwali Nagar Bulandshahr as well as informed to him again on dated 29.06.2022 through call but any action has not been taken till now by him.
