1. What is State Portal?
State portal is a single window platform for an integrated delivery of information and citizen services by the State Government. In a simple language it is a website which provides you the information and services by various State Government Departments.

The goal of this portal is to provide the informtion and services to the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir.It provides the detail information about the Government and Jammu and Kashmir.

It provides services to the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir at their gate and now there is no need to go to Tehsil and Destrict offices to get any information or to avail the benefits of any Jammu and Kashmir Goverment service.

3. What are the services provided through this portal?
Most of the services are covered through this portal. To use online services available you can click on the services link given on the top of the page. For offline services you can directly download the form from offline servces page.

4. How can I avail online services through this portal?
To avail the online services, first select online tab under services link in the menu below header. You will be redirected to Jammu and Kashmir online services portal.

Now you have two option either get registered to the portal services through nearest Khidmat Centre or get registered at your own to the portal. After regisration, you’ll get your Login ID & password. Once you have logged-in, select the department & the required service(s) you want to avail.

5. How to enable the scripting in case it is disabled?
In the browser navigate to tools then select Internet options and enable scripting.

6. Who can apply for the IGNOAPS?
The Citizens of Jammu & Kashmir Fulfilling following eligibility criteria :
1. The beneficiary should be the Citizen of Jammu & Kashmir.
2. The beneficiary should come in below poverty line category.
3. The beneficiary should be more than 60 years of age.

1) Go to the Jammu and Kashmir e-Services website: https://jk.gov.in/jkeservices/
2) Click on the “Citizen Registration” tab.
3) Enter the following details:
** Your name
** Your date of birth
** Your gender
** Your mobile number
** Your email ID
4) Upload your photograph and signature.
5) Pay the registration fee of Rs. 50.
6) Click on the “Submit” button.
7) You will receive a confirmation message.

Here are some additional details about JK online citizen registration:
1) You can register as a citizen of Jammu and Kashmir if you are a resident of the state.
2) You can register online or offline.
3) The online registration process is available at all CSCs (Common Service Centres) in Jammu and Kashmir.
4) The offline registration process is available at all District Administrative Council (DAC) offices in Jammu and Kashmir.
5) You will need to provide the same documents for both online and offline registration.
6) The documents required for registration are:
** A copy of your Aadhaar card
** A copy of your PAN card
** A copy of your voter ID card
** A copy of your passport
** A copy of your driving license
** A copy of your ration card
7) Your registration will be processed within 15 days from the date of receipt of your application form and documents.
