MyVisit is an initiative by the Government of India to facilitate the common man. MyVisit facility enables the citizens to have a smooth and simple process of making an appointment.

It will bridge the gap between the Government and the common man and will enhance the opportunity of a common man to meet a government officer, hassle free.

It has advanced features of eliminating all the cumbersome and tedious procedure of making a request for an appointment and then visiting the premises.

MyVisit is a cloud based application software developed by NIC with an easy to use graphical interface and embedded with comprehensive security features. This is a unified and centralized application and can be easily implemented in any Government offices / Ministries / Bhawans with minimum customization efforts.

Features :
1. Simple signup process :
To set up a new account your first visit registration data is recorded, further you only need to provide e-mail , mobile no or Aaadhar no new visits.

2. Dashboard Reports
:
All daily visits to the ministries/departments are shown in a optimized way that shows all visits information
3. Visitor automation :
The system facilitates each ministry/department and officers to easily manage their own visitors individually, by pre approving or rejecting them.

The MyVisit Collaborative Application Development Platform has been designed, developed and hosted by Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Ministry of Communications & IT, Government of India.

By using MyVisit, you agree to be bound by the terms of use of this platform. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your account. This platform is being provided on an “as is, where is” basis. By using MyVisit, you agree to use it at your own risk.

Description of Service :
MyVisit is a platform for the collaborative development of e-government applications. The services provided on the platform include but are not limited to – creating an account, creating projects, downloading source code, contributing source code, participating in discussions, wikis, feedback, documentation, bug tracking, project tracking etc.

Using MyVisit, Opening a Project or Cancelling a Project :
Access to MyVisit is public. Anyone may view, download and reuse its items or components in accordance with the associated licenses.

Anyone can open an account by providing the required signup information. They can propose a project, but MyVisit reserves the right to allow or disallow the project based on its sole discretion of whether or not the project is related to e-governance and is of larger public use.
