State Bank Collect is a unique service for paying online to educational institutions, temples, charities and/or any other corporates/institutions who maintain their accounts with the Bank.

State Bank Collect Corporate/Institution:
State Bank Collect’ facilitates our Corporate Internet Banking (CINB) customers to receive online payments from receivers of their goods & services. Our CINB customers need not maintain a website.

Payer of the Corporate has to just click on ‘State Bank Collect’ and choose the Corporate for which payment has to be made, fill up particulars of goods/services towards which payment has to be made and make the payment through one of the several options displayed to him on a Multiple Option Payment System (MOPS) page.

Pay EPFO & Cancel Pending Transaction :
** Login to the Unified web portal of EPFO using your ECR portal credentials
** Complete the details as required in the portal for generation of TRRN and generation of challan
** After finalizing the challan, select “Pay” option and then the “Online” option
** Select State Bank of India from the list of Banks available for payment. You will be redirected to the State Bank MOPS page of onlinesbi.
** If you are a Net Banking user of SBI, please select the option, State Bank of India under Net Banking and complete the payment process through the Internet Banking of SBI.
** If you are a Net Banking of Banks other than SBI, please select the option “Other Banks Internet Banking” and complete the payment process through the internet Banking of your Bank.

Note:
The process of payment of EPF subscription has undergone change.

Download Challan :
1. Go to the link https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm
2. Please enter first 7 digit numeric value of your establishment code in Establishment code box for downloading Challan.

Note:
** Mandatory field are marked with an asterisk (*)
** TRRN is a Temporary Return Reference Number generated at the EPFO website.
** Challan generation may take up to 3 working days after successful transaction.

State Bank MOPS Reprint Remittance Form :
Enter the Bank Reference Number (Starting with ‘CP’) or Merchant Reference No & DOB/Mobile Number to view a specific payment

1. Go to the link https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm
2. Select the Merchant Name
3. Enter the Bank Reference Number (Starting with ‘CP’) or Merchant Reference Number
4. Enter the Date of Birth (OR) Mobile Number

SBI Collect Reprint Remittance Form & Payment History :
Select a date range to view details of previous payments (or) Enter the INB Reference Number (Starting with ‘DU’)& DOB/Mobile Number to view a specific payment

Option-1:
Select a date range to view details of previous payment :
1. Enter the Date of Birth (Date provided at the time of making payment)
2. Enter the Mobile Number (Mobile Number provided at the time of making payment)
3. Select the Start & End Date. Date range cannot exceed one year

Option-2:
Enter the INB Reference Number (Starting with ‘DU’)& DOB/Mobile Number to view a specific payment:
1. Enter the DU Reference Number. (As appearing in your pass book/statement in the narration pertaining to the transaction)
2. Enter the Date of Birth. (Date provided at the time of making payment) (OR)
3. Enter the Mobile Number. (Mobile Number provided at the time of making payment)
