For the Doctors who have renewed his registration in 2006-2007 :
And not yet renewed (upto 31/12/2013) their registration which was due on 28/02/2012 (Registered Medical Practitioners who have been registered themselves up to 31/12/2004 and those who have renewed their Registration as per Maharashtra Medical Council Act, 1965 and modified Act, 2003 Section 23 (a) and (b) and as per Government Notification dated 02/11/2006.In the year 2006-2007 but we have not renewed the registration which was due on 28/02/2012.)

Please follow the instruction given below :-
** To Fill up Prescribed Renewal Application Form.
** To attach Attested xerox copy (from Gazetted Officer) of Registration Certificate.
** To attach Attested xerox copy (from Gazetted Officer) of Additional Qualification Registration Certificate.
** To attach Attested xerox copy (from Gazetted Officer) of Identity Card. (If available)
** Three copies of latest passport size photographs.
** Twelve(12) C.M.E Credit Hours Certificates.

Produce Xerox copies of CME credit hours certificates verified by any of the following Authorities :
** Dean of Medical Colleges.
** Vice Dean /Deputy Dean of Medical Colleges.
** President/Secretary of organization accredited by Maharashtra Medical Council.
** Deputy Director of Health Services.
** Joint Director Health Services.
** Deputy Director Medical Education and research.
** Joint Director Medical Education and research
** Civil Surgeon.
** Superintendent of E.S.I.S.
** Superintendent of District Hospital.
** Members of Maharashtra Medical Council.
** Registrar of Maharashtra Medical Council. (between 3.00 p.m. to 6. p.m. only )

Demand Draft of Rs .500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) in favour of Registrar Maharashtra Medical Council payable at Mumbai upto 29/02/2012. From 1st March 2012 the prescribed form along with late fees of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) per month or part thereof, for renewal of the registration as per Maharashtra Medical Council Act, 1965 and Amendment Act, 2003, thereof. For Example as under

The Notaries Affidavit on Non judicial Stamp Paper (Rs. 100/-) declaring delay in Renewal of Registration as follows :
A. Reasons why he/she has not renewed registration on previous renewal programme and also mention.
B. I have not been found guilty in any court of law.
C. There is no civil /criminal case/writ petition against me in any court till date against me.
D. I have not done any unethical /mis-conduct in past during non-register period.
E. I shall be held responsible if it is proved that I have done any unethical/ unlawful deed in past during non register period and Maharashtra Medical Council will not be made party to my past unethical/unlawful deed, and Maharashtra Medical Council will be at liberty to Act as per of Maharashtra Medical Council Act and Rules framed thereon. For the Doctors who have not renewed his registration in 2006-2007 :
Please apply in two separate Forms and with Two separate Demand Draft at one time at Maharashtra Medical Council Office. (Registered Medical Practitioners who have been registered themselves up to 31/12/2004 and those who have not renewed their Registration as per Maharashtra Medical Council Act, 1965 and modified Act, 2003 Section 23 (a) and (b) and as per Government Notification dated 02/11/2006.)

Two separate Forms to be filled as follows :
Form No.-(1) :
Renewal of Registration form ( Renewal of Registration from 2006-2007 till May-2013 with demand draft of Rs. 8000/- and without C.M.E. Credit hours Certificates.

Demand Draft of Rs .8000/- (Rs. Seven Thousand Six Hundred Only) [Rs. 500/- as renewal fees Plus Rs.100/- Late fee from 1st March 2007onward per month] in favour of Registrar Maharashtra Medical Council payable at Mumbai upto 31/05/2013. From 1st Jun., 2013 the prescribed form along with late fees of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) per month or part thereof, for renewal of the registration as per Maharashtra Medical Council Act,1965 and Amendment Act, 2003,thereof. for Example as under.

1. I have filled renewal form and also uploaded the required documents. But I cant seem to get the OTP. It doesn’t allow me to take print of original form that I have filled. So what am I supposed to do? Online payment has been accepted. Can MMC look into this? Please give appropriate guideline on next step or how much time will it take for them to verify whatever we have uploaded?

2. I registered in 2007 and was unaware of renewal process till date as since 2011. I am out of state. Presently settled in Karnataka. Hence, I thought of taking NOC for transfer of registration to Karnataka and only then came to know of renewal. Can I send application by post? DD for what amount needs to be taken?     If no then how to submit the form of renewal . please guide me.

  3. My registration was due in may 2015. Can you suggest me how I can get MMC credit points?
