IGR Maharashtra Adjudication Request Application

Adjudication is a web application made available to Citizen by Stamps and Registration Department of Maharashtra State.

Adjudication Request Application:

An adjudication application is developed for the party’s who didn’t satisfy with the Market Value of Registering Authority on the basis ASR. Part’s to the instrument whereby an instrument executed or not and whether previously stamped or not is brought to the collector of stamp,out of the party applies to have the opinion to the duty(Article under BST-1958) is chargeable and determine the duty.

2. What is Computerized Document Registration System?
The process of document registration is carried out as per the procedure laid down in the Registration Act, 1908.

4. What are the different ways of paying stamp duty/registration fee through e-payment system?
e-Payment System To obtain e-challan from licensed stamp vendor, or franking vendor by making payment through GRAS (Service charge Rs.50) By going to specific branch of Authorized Participatory Bank, with input form pay the amount amount and obtain e-SBTR or Simple Receipt ( No service charge) Both net-banking and internet facility not available Log on to the website of Authorized Participatory Bank, fill input form of required e-SBTR or, Simple Receipt, take its print and visit the bank , pay the amount and obtain E-SBTR or Simple Receipt Through GRAS system create e-challan draft, pay the amount by going to the Bank and obtain e-challan .

Additional Simplified Procedure

You can apply for IGR Maharashtra Adjudication Request online through the IGR Maharashtra portal.

3. Click on the “New Adjudication Request” link.
