How To Download Sevaarth Mahakosh Employees’ Pay Slip?

Sevaarth is a centralized web based, integrated system of Personnel Information & Payroll for Govt. of Maharashtra. It is an important component of IFMS (Integrated Finance Management System) with facility for data exchange with other modules of IFMS, namely Treasury NET and BEAMS (Budget Estimation, Authorization & Monitoring System).

Employee Corner :
Employee Corner is newly developed utility in Sevaarth Mahakosh application. In employee corner utility each and every employee of Maharashtra Government who is having Sevaarth ID can generate his pay slip for current month. Through this utility, user can login directly login on site and download his pay slip. User can download pay slip for previous month also.

Procedure to access employee corner :
1) Login on Sevaarth Site

Login credentials are follows :-
Step 1 : Enter Username
Step 2 : Enter Password
Step 3 : Enter Captcha
Step 4 : Click Submit Button

Note :
(DDO and DDO assistant can access employee corner through their regular login.)
2) Go to employee Corner and click on payslip
3) Select month and year of which you want to download the payslip.
4) Click on print bottom to download the Sevaarth Mahakosh Employees’ Pay Slip

Important instructions

I. This utility is made available for first ten days of the month only.
II. Employee corner for DDO and DDO assistant is made available in their regular login.
III. In list of employee corner, there is also option for View form 16, View GPF annual Statement, View NGR Schedule, View DCPS R3 slip. But these utilities are under construction now which will be made available in due course of time.

Bill Portal

It is a system to be used by Drawing and Disbursing Officers, Govt. of Maharashtra. All the bills prepared by DDOs excluding Pay bills are generated by the system. DDO feeds the required information for preparing the claim.

In turn system imposes restrictions and validations for calculating the final sanction amount for the claim. Claims approved by DDO are utilized to prepare the bill for submission to treasury.
