How To Pay Exam Fee Odisha?

Corporate banking users paying through Central Bank Payment Gateway will not get echallan instantly because of some technical difficulties with the bank site.

About Us:

Directorate of Treasuries and Inspection (D.T. & I) Orissa is the heads of department for 164 Treasuries functioning in the State. These consist of 30 Dist. Treasuries, 8 Special Treasuries and 126 Sub-Treasuries under respective jurisdiction of 30 District Treasuries. Directorate of Treasuries and Inspection (D.T.I.) Orissa was established in the year 1962; the primary functions being to act as the Heads of Department for the Treasuries and Sub-Treasuries in the State. The D.T.I. Orissa monitors this primary activity on monthly basis and acts as the administrative head for these treasuries as well. In addition to these, inspection activity of all the Treasuries is done on a regular basis which include the verification of stock of stamps and valuables in the strong room, bill transaction details, verification of pension related issues, P.L. account operations, and other allied activities at treasuries and Sub-Treasuries levels.

1. What is Book of Drawl?
Book of Drawl is a register used by the D.D.O.s for presenting the bills in to the Treasury/Sub-Treasury for drawl of money.

2. What is B.T.R.?
B.T.R. is the abbreviated from of Bill Transit Register. This may be used by the Treasury/Sub-Treasury to receive the bills/cheques and to record the issue of tokens to the presenter.

3. What is a Token?
Token is an acknowledgement of receipt of bills or cheques at the Treasury/Sub-Treasury which is obtained by the presenter.

4. What happens when the token is lost?
The cost of a subsequent token at present is Rs. 100/-. It can be obtained again by any D.D.O. by depositing Rs. 100/- through challan under appropriate Head of Account if lost.

5. How many bills can be submitted in one token?
Only one bill/cheque can be presented at the Treasury/Sub-Treasury against one token.

6. What is the validity of a Treasury cheque? How it can be revalidated?
The cheque is valid for 3 months from the date of its issue or till the financial year ending whichever is earlier. In case of a lapsed cheque the D.D.O. can present a fresh cheque after obtaining the non-drawl certificate from the Treasury/Sub-Treasury.

7. Can a messenger present the bill at any of the counter of the Treasury?
To receive the bill in the Treasury/Sub-Treasury there is only one counter available.
8. If authorized messenger is not available, how the bills may be presented?
In absence of authorized messenger the D.D.O. can authorize another messenger as per the provision laid down in O.T.C.

4) Enter the requisite information and choose the mode of payment (Net banking / Debit Card / Over the Counter).
5) For making payment through online mode, use Net Banking or Debit Card and take the print out of the challan.
6) For offline mode of payment, select the mode of payment as Over the Counter and select the bank where you wish to deposit the amount.
7) Generate a challan and take its printout.
8) Visit the Bank with the challan, make payment and get the acknowledgement from the bank on the challan.
9) Produce the challan in the concerned Registration office.

    It is the duty of dti to monitor and see monthly reports. But did he saw/monitor the functioning of puri treasury from 11.9.15 to 11.10.15 ?

    Whether cyber officer is efficiently working if yes what action need to be taken to redress my grievance in this portal dt 25.9.15 ?
