** This is an Online based Request Show named ‘Mypaatu’ and is open to individuals who have attained the age of majority in India.

** To Book your favorite Song you must give your personal details which includes your Name, Mobile Number (Mandatory), Email id & Location (In case you are a minor you are required to be represented by your natural / legal guardian and your guardian shall undertake to abide by these terms and conditions on your behalf).
** The Participant(s) agrees and undertakes that all Personal Information, Such as Name, Profile Picture, and Email Id & Location provided by them at the time of registration is true, correct, and accurate.
** The Participant further agrees and confirms that the Company at its sole discretion is entitled to reject the Booking of the Participant in the event that the details submitted by the Participant at the time of registration are deficient, incorrect, untrue, or by uploading any Vulgar, Libelous, insulting, annoying profile pictures or for any other reason of whatsoever nature.
** The Online Booking format is an integral part of the Program. The Booking will commence from SEP 17, 2014. The following website ‘Sunnetwork.in/mypaatu’ can be accessed through any device including but not limited to laptops, desktops, tabs and other devices. The above website mobile version is under construction and (Will) be activated as early as possible.
** Security – The Platform uses ordinary industry standard technology designed to help keep your Personal Information safe. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use of information, we will employ commercially reasonable and practicable security practices and procedures and security methods and technologies.
