Credit and Cash Withdrawal Limits:
BOBCARD will, at its sole discretion, determine the Credit Limit and cash withdrawal limit and notify the same from time to time. The limit so fixed shall be the Total Credit Limit for the Principal Cardholder (including the Add on Cardholder/s). Credit Limit and available credit limit will also be shown on the monthly Bills. The Company may at its discretion and/or on Cardholder’s request, revise the credit limit from time to time.

The outstanding on the Card Account must not exceed the Credit limit at any time, failing which exceeding limit charges are applicable / may even lead to blocking of card.

In the event Cardholder makes payment over and above the amount due as per the monthly bills, Cardholder shall not be entitled for interest on the credit balance and the same shall be adjusted against the amount due subsequently.

Some valuable points to ponder to avoid misuse on your credit card:
** Never keep your card loosely in your pockets or bags.
** Always keep your credit card at the same place in your wallet/purse so that you may notice immediately if it is lost/stolen/misplaced.
** Never leave your credit card unattended under any circumstances.
** Pin should be known to you only not even to your family members, on the safer side you memorize and destroy the PIN mailer
** Don’t keep written record of your PIN in any form anywhere and never write it on your credit card
** Always ensure that merchant swipes your card in your presence and ensure they do not write your card details or swipe in some other machine. Sign the charge slip after proper verification.
** Please verify the card return to you is yours.
** Always call our helpline number if you have any suspicion that your card is lost, stolen or being misused.

** Be careful do not update your account details in any pop-up window.
** Always type the address of the site concerned directly in the browser bar, avoid accessing the site through links sent in e-mailers/other unsecured sites.
** Beware of such offers that ask you to verify the confidential account details such as Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, CVV/CVC number etc.
** Please ensure to log off completing your online credit card session. Do not close your browser directly. In case accessing online transaction thru Cyber cafe, ensure to clear the browser history and delete all temporary files / cookies at the end so that your account information is removed.

  • I had applied for BOB Titanium credit card at your Arera Colony Branch ,Bhopal on 31.10.2016.
    I went personally to branch on 4th Nov. I was told that I will get SMS in 2 days, application under processing.
    Even after 10 days I have not received any communication from Bank of Baroda. I do not have the application no.
    This is very poor service. My a/c no is 29210100010548.
