** During Online Payment, if the amount is debited from customer bank account and the transaction details are not generated online, please allow us to generate the transaction details within 24 hours.

** If the Online transaction details are not generated, even after 24 hours or money is not refunded to the bank account, please contact our Call Centre
** If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
** If the online payment amount is not credited to customers Loan account within 24 hours, the transaction amount will be refunded via same source with in 15 to 20 working days.

I was paid some amount including interest by using net banking. That balance deducted from my account but amount is not credited to muthoot account. How much time will it take? I used quick pay option to pay amount but, I have not registered any id.

Worst website. The interest is not calculating properly and this month, I paid the interest online and branch people are asking me to pay the interest saying they have not yet got the payment details. This is happened 2nd time.

1. Does your online portal work to pay the installments online? I have been trying for hours and everything fails at the end because you need to hire a good web developer. This is not the first time inconvenience has been caused, its the same from months. My working hours and conditions doesn’t allow me to be at your store to pay the installments each time, been to your store and they send the same email with links which doesn’t work at any point. If this thread helps then please fix this. You helped us when we needed you so at least let us pay it back to you on time.

2. Your online portal doesn’t work to pay the installments online. Your working hours is very short between 2 to 3 is lunch time its really strange. Its very difficult to pay the interest online, and even to become registered user, web site is not at all user friendly. It never load data properly. I request to kindly maintain the site first.
