How To Pay Thane Municipal Property Tax Online?

Thane Municipal Citizen portal provides an easy to use interface to the citizens to pay their property tax online as per their convenience. Citizens can Search Property Details, View, and Pay property tax.

Search Property on Map:
Citizens can search their property details online.

1. Enter the following details to search the property for which you want to pay the tax:
Step 1 : Enter PTIN
Step 2 : Enter Sub Code
Or
Step 3 : Enter Owner name
Step 4 : Select Prabhag Samiti
Step 5 : Please draw on the gray line (Please start at the dot and follow the line)

2. Click “Search” button to search the property based on the details entered.
3.List of matching result will appear from which she/he will select one to view details
4. The property will be located on the map and the details of the property will be displayed.

5.Property Information window providing the following details of the property with common PTN will appear:
** PTN – Enter the Property Tax Number
** Prabhag Samiti
** Block
** Building Name
** Owner Name
** Address

6.Click “Photo” icon to view photo of the building.
7.Additional details like Total Bill Amount, Penalty and Payable Amount will also be displayed.
8.Click “View Bill” to view the property tax bill.
9.Click “Pay Bill” to pay the property tax online.

1. Our society has received OC under Amnesty scheme. It is not in the name of society due to internal disputes of society members, only those who have paid legal charges for OC have received the OC of their individual flat. Recently, I checked my latest property bill online. In the center of bill, it is printed as ‘VINA PARVANA VAPAR’. My question is why it is printed on bill though, I have OC of my flat in my hand.

1. I have tried to pay the property tax online for first time and I am able to pay today after spending 2 to 3 Hrs. The site is extremely slow but, able to do it finally. Is there any option to pay Water Bill online?

2. After putting PTN Number, Search button is not working. What is the problem? Our name shows on the right side but, property details not shown in map. How is it possible?

3. While trying to pay property tax online, nothing happens. When tapping PTN number, I get only map with a circle rotating but taping on any option does not work. How can I proceed?
