DELIVERY CHARGE
Delivery charges vary from seller to seller.
The customer has to pay a nominal delivery charge if the product value is less than Rs 500 and in case the value of product is Rs 500 and above the delivery is free.
DELIVERY SPEED
Once dispatched, it takes 5-7 business days to get the product delivered to a particular location. (Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays).
Products are usually dispatched in 1-2 days.
CASH ON DELIVERY ( Availability)
Availability of Cash on Delivery in any location depends on our courier partner.
Due to certain limitations and restrictions, our courier partners are unable to deliver the products via COD in few locations. You may check the availability of COD and delivery of product on the product page by entering your pin code in the box available.
DELIVERY SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE

As soon as a product gets delivered to our customer, our feedback team will make a call on the very day to know the live feedback for the product delivered. If the feedback is good (which obviously will be), the particular order is closed successfully. In case the feedback is not good ( which is not gonna happen), we arrange a pickup for the product the very next day. The customer is just asked to pack the product as it is. The order status, payment status is all managed by our team.
