Vijayalakshmi Tracking Shipment
Vijayalakshmi will provide details of shipment via email alerts to the customer once the product has been dispatched. The email alert will contain the courier agency’s web link along with the tracking number and expected date of delivery. Also the link is available on the website under each order in My Account page.

** If you have a registered account with us check the status of your orders under My Account. Click on your order number for complete details, including the tracking number here you can follow the progress of shipments. If you do not have an account with us yet, set one up now – My Account.
** All Courier companies make 2 delivery attempts only. In case of unavailability of the recipient, future Modus Operandi is at the discretion of the Courier Company and Vijayalakshmisilks has no liability for the same. Our staff will get in touch with you as soon as we are intimated by our courier agency.
Return Policy:
** Vijayalakshmi is keen to provide its customers with a high level of customer service, so as to ensure the complete satisfaction of all of them. In the unlikely event that you as the customer are unsatisfied with the product received from VIJAYALAKSHMI, you may contact the VIJAYALAKSHMI TEAM with your complaints/ feedbacks at support@vijayalakshmisilks.com. We will ensure that we revert to you at the earliest, with a satisfactory resolution of your grievance.
Color Disclaimer :
** Vijayalakshmi strongly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual ones.
** All color options offered on the net is to provide our customers the available choices at Vijayalakshmi Silks.
** It is practically impossible for Vijayalakshmi to replicate exact colors of the Sarees as seen on your monitor. As the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
** We at Vijayalakshmi hope to clarify and ascertain that every customer is aware of this genuine problem that Vijayalakshmi faces.
** Our effort will be to meet your expectations constantly and thus avoid any misunderstanding through our online venture
I Have Received A Faulty Item:
** In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered differs from what you had reasonably expected, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
** On receipt, in case it is noticed that the external packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, you may either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery indicating the nature of damage or tampering that you observe.
** Customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that VIJAYALAKSHMI may address the same, so as to avoid such occurrences in future. In case a product is received in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect, or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact VIJAYALAKSHMI at support@vijayalakshmisilks.com, within twenty four[24] hours of receipt of product.
Vijayalakshmi Is Not Liable to pay the return shipment charges:
** You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
