From confirmation of your order by Banarasiniketan.com to receipt of the package at your doorstep, you can track the status of your order – online.

Order Status:
** This value added feature is available for all our Registered Users. Once you have placed your order with Banarasiniketan.com, we will keep you updated on the status of your order up to dispatch, through your Banarasiniketan account.
** Please login to My Account at any time to view the status under My Orders.
Track Your Shipment:
** You should have received your tracking number via email. Please note that you will not be able to track your package until we have handed the package over to Courier Agency and thus have not given you an air waybill no. It takes us 7 working days to process your orders.
** If you do not have your tracking number, please contact us. We will email you back with your tracking number so that you can check the status of your package.
** Please note that Banarasiniketan is not responsible for any unavoidable/unforeseen delay in shipping the product(s) to you by the courier company.
** If you have a question about the status of your order, please contact us. We will email you a reply within 3 working days.
Cancellation Policy :
** Upon confirmation of the order, it will be shipped within 2 – 7 business days. For order cancellation, email us at support [AT] banarasiniketan.com or call us at 8017039922 within 24 hrs of placing the order. Cancellation requests after 24 hrs of placing the order will not be entertained.
** After your order cancellation is confirmed, Banarasi Niketan will refund the amount within 7 -10 working days. Banarasi Niketan also allows users to refuse the order when delivered.
In such a scenario, the product will be shipped back to the store without you having to incur any kind of charges.
** Cancellation of order after shipment to courier agency or delivery or in transit will not be entertained.
Return Policy :
** In case of any manufacturing defect, mail us within 24 hrs of receipt of the product on our customer service email ID support [AT] banarasiniketan.com. Never return the item without consulting us.
** Return your item using registered airmail/courier agency as advised in our return authorization mail.
** Shipping cost of sending back the item to us will be borne by us if the product is found to have manufacturing defect, or else the shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
** Return the item within 7 days of confirmation from us with the product in its original fold, original packing and original condition along with a copy of invoice. Worn, damaged, washed, misfolded or used item will not be accepted.
** Sending back the product safely to us is your responsibility.
** Decisions relating to return, exchange or refund shall be in the sole discretion of Banarasi Niketan Private Limited.
