** To check the status of your pending order(s), click on the “Login” link in the top right of any page and login into your account. This will take you to your Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all your orders.

** To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. Once your order is shipped out from our seller/warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

Zipker Shipping Policy

What does the different order status mean?:
Processing:
We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.

Dispatch:
Your order has been shipped out and is on its way to your delivery location.

Complete:
Your order has been delivered at your specified delivery location.

Canceled:
The order was canceled.

Zipker Return Policy

** We have a hassle free return/exchange policy.
** Please note that all items must have the original security tag, label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company.

** Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return/exchange.

** Return/exchange is only applicable if the products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition. Zipker will then log a dispute and initiate a process of resolution between the Seller and the customer.

** Customer will have to send an image of product through email at customercare@zipker.com.

** The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the customer.Please note that products you don’t like due to any reason can not be returned.
** If due to any reason you want to return, then there will be a deduction of 30-40% of the total order value.

** For return, Shipping charges/Gift wrap charges /convenience charges (if applicable) will not be refunded, as they are non-refundable.
** For hygienic purposes, our returns policy does not apply to inner wear, lingerie, fragrances, beauty products, swimsuits, socks, furniture, CDs, Pens and books.

** Please keep in mind that, in special circumstances, the rules of promotional offers may override our regular returns policy. Shipping charges and convenience charges will not be refunded, as they are non-refundable.

To return a product you need to follow these steps:
a) Send an email at customercare@zipker.com with your order number mentioning the product you want to return and your bank details where you want us to refund the amount. Please ensure that bank details submitted to us are free of any errors.

b) Once we receive an email from you, you will receive a mailing address to which you can ship the product back and the date before which product needs to be dispatched.
c) Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn’t get damaged.

d) Once you ship the product to our mailing address mentioned and send us an email to customercare@zipker.com with the tracking number. Without tracking number, product can’t be tracked and can be lost in transit.

e) Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect by the Seller, your money will be credited to your bank account mentioned in step a) above.

Some Important Information From Comments

Error / Problem:
Really worse site and worst customer support team. After paying full amount, we are given bad quality product and when I emailed regarding the same, I am still being put on hold. Such business sites should be banned and people working should be punished. I have ordered for Salwar Kameez which is totally different from the product while ordering. The dupatta size is too short like a scarf and torn beggars cloth types. The kurta is plain straight which appeared umbrella style at the time of booking.
