Terms & Conditions

** The “Low Interest Rate on Balance Transfer” offer from SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited (“SBICPSL”) is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current primary SBI Card with no overdue amount outstanding of more than 60 days.
** Balance Transfer (“BT”) amount ordered by the primary SBI Cardholder would be processed by SBICPSL subject to a minimum ordered amount of Rs 5,000 and a maximum ordered amount of 75% of the available credit limit assigned to the concerned primary SBI Card Account.
** This facility can be availed by a Cardholder for different tenures at different interest rates and accompanying charges like processing fee etc. as may be set forth by SBICPSL from time to time. By booking a BTof a particular tenure through appropriate medium, a Cardholder expressly consents to meet all his obligations thereto.
** It is clarified herein that for and on all subsequent purchases whether made in retail and/or cash and other outstanding balances, the applicable finance charge of up to 3.35%

Through the SBI Credit Card mobile app:
1) Open the SBI Credit Card mobile app.
2) Click on the “Balance Transfer” option.
3) Enter the amount you want to transfer.
4) Select the credit card you want to transfer the balance to.
5) Enter the OTP that is sent to your registered mobile number.
6) Click on the “Transfer Balance” button.

Through the SBI Credit Card website:
1) Go to the SBI Credit Card website.
2) Click on the “Balance Transfer” option.
3) Enter the amount you want to transfer.
4) Select the credit card you want to transfer the balance to.
5) Enter the OTP that is sent to your registered mobile number.
6) Click on the “Transfer Balance” button.

Through the SBI Credit Card customer care:
1) Call the SBI Credit Card customer care at 1800-112-2222.
2) Tell the customer care representative that you want to transfer your credit card balance.
3) Provide the customer care representative with the amount you want to transfer and the credit card you want to transfer the balance to.
4) The customer care representative will provide you with an OTP.
5) Enter the OTP that is sent to your registered mobile number.
6) The customer care representative will complete the balance transfer process.
