Instructions / Guidelines :
(1) The applicant must register him / herself on the site to utilize the services offered by the department.
(2) The applicant should Login to system after successful registration.
(3) After successful login, applicant such as organization owner / management must provide their primary information successfully. System will allow user to apply for specific purpose in second step.
(4) It is desired that applicant keeps the scan copy of required documents for application of specific purpose ready so that you can upload those scan copy along with application easily.
(5) Applicant has to tender application specific fee using challan. Applicant has to provide challan detail in the application and also upload the scan copy of challan in the application.
(6) To provide repetitive information such as detail of multiple partners / owners / directors, applicant should first click Add button then provide the data and click on Save button. Applicant should repeat this exercise for all other detail.
(7) Department will return all those applications which are having incomplete / wrong information. And in such cases applicant has to apply again.

Guidelines :
Before using the laboratory’s labor laws online service online, consider the following instructions.
(1) When using this service for the first time, the applicant must first register.
(2) After registration, it will have to be logged in.

(3) After logging in, if the first time the service is being used, the institution / main owner and contractor will have to submit their primary information. Only after submitting the primary information the applicant will have to fill the application form for that application.

(4) While applying the copies of the required enclosures / documents, keeping them copied so that the documents can be uploaded while applying.
(5) The applicant will have to pay the fee by receiving such currency on the office for the required fee. Copy the filled currency details and currency scans while applying it.

(6) In the application form, in the place where more than one person / details like Director / Owner / Manager / Contractor’s information is to be provided, click on the first Add button and fill in the information. To complete the second information, repeat this process and then proceed.

(7) Incomplete, inadequate or incomplete applications will be returned and a fresh application has to be made.
