How To Apply For KVS Transfer Online?
Employee login :
Please follow the instructions given below
1. Open the KVS online transfer application kvsonlinetransfer.org

2. Select the Employee login from the login panel given on the right hand side of the page.
3. Enter your employee id provided by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and password given by your Approving Authority (Principal/ DC RO/ Director ZIET/ AC EDP) and click on Sign In.
4. This dashboard will get displayed on successful sign in.
5. In employee dashboard you can print transfer application form, Download different declaration formats & circulars issued by KVS and fill the transfer application form.
Principal first time login :
Please follow the instructions given below
1. Open the KVS online transfer application kvsonlinetransfer.org
2. Select the Principal login from the login panel given on the right hand side of the page.
3. Enter your secured email id provided by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and password given in your mail Id and click on Sign In.
4. When you click sign in you will need to update your profile and reset the password. While it is recommended that you change the password it is not mandatory.
5. Once you click “Update Profile” after filling all the details, a confirmation on your profile updation will be given. You will need to login again with the new or old details as the case may be.
DC RO / ZIET Director first time login :
Please follow the instructions given below
1. Open the KVS online transfer application kvsonlinetransfer.org
2. Select the RO login from the login panel given on the right hand side of the page.
3. Enter your secured email id provided by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and password given in your mail Id and click on Sign In.
4. When you click sign in you will need to update your profile and reset the password. While it is
recommended that you change the password it is not mandatory.
5. Once you click “Update Profile” after filling all the details, a confirmation on your profile updation will be given. You will need to login again with the new or old details as the case may be.
KVS HQ First Time Login?
Please follow the instructions given below

2. Select the HQ login from the login panel given on the right hand side of the page.
3. Enter your secured email id provided by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and password given in your mail Id and click on Sign In.
