Go to the KWA Kerala website, click on the Online service option in main menu.

** Enter Consumer ID
** Enter Password
** If you are new user click on then create new account

How To Do KWA Kerala Water Charge Payment?

Steps for payment of water charge through online payment using Kerala Water Authority website KWA

Step 1 :
Click the link “Create new account” for registering.

Step 2 :
Give the details and security keyword as directed and click the button “Create Account”. The registration details can be got from the bill as shown in the next page. “Consumer ID” “Consumer Number”

Step 3 : After successful submission, following mess age will be displayed. To login, click on the link “here”.

Step 4 : Enter the Consumer ID and the password to log in.

Step 5 : Name, Address, Bill No, bill date, bill amount will be displayed and then click the “Proceed” button.

Step 6 : After clicking “Proceed”, the page will be forwarded to the BillDesk site where the consumer has to opt the payment option and furnsh the details as required to make the payment.

Step 7 : An output containing the Name, Address and payment details will be generated. This output can be printed out or saved for future references.

Step 8 : After successfully completing the payment, the consumer can go back to the home page using the “Back to home page” link or log out using the “Log Out” link.

Kerala Water Authority is also responsible for the collection of waste water and disposal in the State of Kerala. The Authority has separate system for sewage and storm water collection.

Waste water includes Sewage and Sullage. Sewerage implies the collection of waste water from domestic sources and conveying it to Sewerage Treatment Plants (STP).

At present, sewerage schemes are under operation only in two cities in the State i.e. at Trivandrum city region and a part of Cochin. The work is in progress at Guruvayoor for implementation.

** An additional charge of Rs. 10/- per transaction for net banking will be charged.
** 2% of the transaction value for credit cards.
** For failed transaction the debited amount will be reversed back to your account within the time limit of the designated bank.

1. For the last few months, I was trying to view my water bill for the location CHENGANNUR WITH ABBREVIATION “CNR’. But we are surprise to note that the place appearing as POLACHIRA.PO,CHIRAKKARA instead of CHENGANNUR. If any one can QUOTE/SPECIFY the abbreviation code for CHENGANNUR it will be a great help for me to make my water bill online payment.

2. While paying bill on Yesterday, I did not get the security code on my mobile. It got aborted and tried again & paid. Later, double payment was reflected on my bank account. Will this additional amount get an entry in the ledger as an extra payment & get reversed?

Error / Problem:
1. I am facing problem while logging in. The screen shows “This page can not be opened” and my on board security says that, the web site has not renewed the license. Still, I could go to KWA website and make payment, which takes time. May I request you to kindly do some thing to rectify the problem? My consumer number is 2112112952.

2. Why can’t you make a simple format for payment of bills as done by KSEB? They don’t insist to register and log in. Their quick pay system is user friendly. Kindly help us by adopting a simpler system. I have registered earlier and forgot the ID as well as the password given. As I am outside my home, I cant refer to previous records also. I am trying to pay the bill online in vain.

3. I have been paying all my bills online without hassle. When it comes to water bill it becomes such a hassle!! I sit in front of the computer more than an hour & still not able to pay the same! Why do you punish people like this? I do not get it! Please try & do something about it. So people can enjoy paying it online.

ID 3323204808 usually my water charge comes arround Rs.60/- for two months& conception only 30 units as per reading. but on the last bill amount was Rs.798/-.conception only 70 units for 4 months.I contacted the kunnamkulam office and they informed to remit the amt and the exess amt will be adjusted in next bill. SoI remitted Rs.800/- Please take up the matter& do the needful atyour earliest.

    • Go to eservices.kwa.kerala.gov.in:8080/kwa/ledger_form and fill the details. You can see the online ledger reflecting your last paid bill details. You can print it or take a screenshot. Only the last bill details can be seen. Kwa do not send any receipt.

    • Water meter reads reversely,noticed at the time of reading by the staff . He told this observation to me. I reported this matter on 25-11-2015 to the Asst; engineer verbally as well as by written complaint,requesting that to rectify the problem. At the time of major drainage work along the Pullekkonam lane2 road to Ramakrishna Mission Hospital, water pipes connection were broken, while digging and laying pipes. My connection was also broken while laying drainage pipes. The drainage contractor arranged to repair and re-connect the pipe. I am innocent in this matter. I request to consider this as a genuine ,quit natural case,done by other government department.
