Premium Payment Options:
To enjoy the benefits of your policy, you need to pay your premiums regularly. You can pay your premium through online and offline modes.

Online Payment:
Through the online payment option, you can view and pay your premiums online and renew your policy
Option 1:
Pay your renewal premium online instantly in 4 easy steps:
Step 1: Enter your Policy Number and Date of Birth.
Step 2: Select the payment option – Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card
Step 3: Fill in the necessary details of your Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card and submit.
Step 4: Keep the receipt number and save/ print the premium deposit acknowledgement for future reference.
Option 2:
To view your policy details and pay the premium due through customer portal, click on Customer Portal login link
For Registered User:
You can continue to use your existing user ID and password or logging on to the Customer portal
For New User:
Click on New user link on customer portal login page and follow the registration process as:
** Enter you client id,Policy No, Mobile number,email id and Date of birth [DD/MM/YYYY].
** You will get the password immediately by email and SMS.
Offline Payment:
You can pay your due premiums offline via any of the modes below:
Cash:
In case your premium is less than equal to Rs. 49,999, you can opt to pay the same in cash.
Bank of India and Union Bank of India customers:
If you are a customer of Bank of India or Union Bank of India, you may visit your nearest bank branch or any of the SUD Life Branches to deposit your renewal premium.
Non Bank of India and Union Bank of India customers:
The customers other than Bank of India and Union Bank of India can visit any of the SUD Life branches to deposit their renewal premium.
Cheque/DD:
You can also pay your premium by Cheque or DD. All cheques/ DD should be in favor of “Star Union Dai-Ichi Life Insurance Co Ltd. Policy No________”
Branch:
You can deposit your renewal premium in form of cash or cheque or DD at any of the SUD Life branches.
