For Balance enquiry give a missed call to 9223040000. For last three transactions give a missed call to 9223501111

Important Information :
** Missed Call can be given only from REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER
** Account Balance of FIRST THREE linked accounts i.e. Savings/ Current/ Cash credit will be sent as an SMS to the registered mobile number

** Details of last three transactions of PRIMARY ACCOUNT will be sent as an SMS to the registered mobile number

*If the customer has more than THREE Current/Savings/Overdraft Accounts , customer can refer to our SMS Banking services for BALANCE ENQUIRY and LAST 3 TRANSACTIONS

Now customers can use their debit card worry free. We have added another safety feature – Missed call to block and unblock debit card.

For every transaction that the customer makes using Saraswat Bank Debit Card following SMS is sent to the customer: “Tranx of INR. XXXX /XXXXX/XXXXXXX. Give a missed call on 9595637637 to block card/s if you have not used it.”

** Missed call can be given ONLY from a Registered Mobile Number
** This facility is available for all Saraswat Bank Debit Cards

FAQs :
1)What is the type of information I need to submit to the Bank at the time of account opening?
You need to submit the information to establish your identity and your address and a copy of your latest photograph. You can choose from the documents acceptable by the Bank listed in the respective category of accounts.

2) What care should be taken while submitting the account opening form to the Bank?
** Ensure that the Account Opening Form (AOF) and the additional information sheets are duly signed and complete in all respects.

** Kindly tick the option for availing Visa Debit Card and Cheque book facility on AOF and also register yourself for free SMS Banking, free Internet Banking by filling the requisite forms available on the website or at your nearest branch.

** Submit Pan Card or Form 60 of all Account Holders
** One Coloured Passport size recent photograph of all account holders is necessary.

** Introduction of any account holder having satisfactory banking relations with Saraswat Bank (any branch) at least for last 6 months will be required in case of Janhit and high risk category accounts.

** Carry all your original documents for verification.
** Self attestation is required on all documents attached to the account opening form (signature of all account holders is required on all their respective documents)

** Alteration on the account opening form requires customer’s authentication.
** Please remember to complete the nomination details included in AOF
