m-government is a multifaceted approach for efficient utilization of all wireless devices (mobile phones, handhelds, PDAs, wearable PCs, Black Berry pagers, etc.) with maximal added value to all involved parties – government on one side and citizens and business on the other and reasonable and favourable ROI (return of investment), justifying extra spending on new technologies and mobilised processes.

Today, this technology has been demonstrated in various Government sectors like education, health, transport, internal functions and elections for information, communication, service delivery, payment services and voting etc.

Wireless technologies may also provide critical communication in the area of citizen grievances on functioning of Ramagundam Municipal Corporation .

These technologies and services will avoid long quest, busy phone lines and permanent redirections to other departments with the highest possible level of: efficiency, effectiveness, user friendliness, accessibility, and usability.

The framework announced under National eGovernance Action Plan of India (2003-2007) is also focusing on mobile technologies as a delivery mechanism for public services and citizen grievances.

Hence, it is significant to discuss the adoption of m-government services to enable greater mobilization of the government officials with ability to handle real-time information concerning, for example, crimes, accidents, safety and other public issues.

About Us :
The Citizen Grievance Redressal System is a web based Application to support call center for all Districts in the State of Telangana for Transport Department.

It being developed & implemented by Centre for Good Governance(CGG), Hyderabad in the State of Telangana for redressal of citizen grievance. SMS(Short Messaging Services) technologies are adopted for communication across functionaries and citizens.

Grievance Redress Mechanism is part and parcel of the machinery of any administration. No administration can claim to be accountable, responsive and user-friendly unless it has established an efficient and effective grievance redress mechanism.

In fact, the grievance redress mechanism of an organization is the gauge to measure its efficiency and effectiveness as it provides important feedback on the working of the administration.

  • Hello Sir I date. 14-03-2022 I applied for change of address in my driving license through T App Folio and attached the correct address certificate(Penson Deposit Bank Pass Book) and paid the fee of Rs. 788.10 online. But to this day I do not know the information on the mobile/address on the address change in my driving license. The driving license card has not been issued to date. RTO ibrahimpatnam has complained 5 times (e-mail) in this regard but so far no information is available. please request appropriate action.

  • sir my name is sayyed.akber.s/o qasim iam purcheged herohf dlx dealer of ms chandramotors,adilabad.raised tr no.ts01qtr5876 dated 16-03-2021 for vehicle motorcycle.the district code is ts001(rta adilabad) and mandal narnoor as per the aadhar card produced by the applicant mandal is (jainoor) wich comes under komrambheem (asifabad) district dist code(ts020) the correction fee for un registered vehicle is already collected vide c.no.adlbdts001/31319/2021 29.04.2021 hence submitted for kind information and further action.
