What happens after I submit my information- :
A digitally singed “POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE” will be sent on the registered applicant e – mail address after checking of police record and verifying of details.

I applied for PCC online on 4.8.2015 under transaction reference 88301 vide order no 131334 on payment of RS 252.5 through credit card. My email ID is emsservises[AT] Gmail.Com. I have not yet received PCC. On 9.9.2015 I requested to provide password which was sent as pG9HRhl which also did not log in to find status on line. Kindly help

I applied for PCC for employment on April 18 2015 and received the mail for the successful transaction as well. I have the copy of the receipt but I am not able to log in my account after several attempts. Each time I try it tells me forgot password without the option of submit & on applying for password the attempt fails every time. I have to submit the same as soon as possible to my organization or else I will not receive the Appointment letter. I really need assistance. Have no idea what to do? Kindly help.
I have applied online for pcc on 7th april 15. Still status is showing pending and I am not going office for not getting pcc. It is quit bad response of pcc department. Nobody can take responsibility of peoples. When I called up on 01123236040 they spoke we will take minimum 21days for completion of verification. I am very disappointed to know that department is not giving good service if they are taking 21days on only single applications then what about on 1000 of online applications. This is very shameful for dpcc department

And As I know as per the Policy status should be updated within 07 to 08 days but till now It is showing PENDING as per my record. I have applied before 11 days from today. So may I know the Valid reason of that? Why it is showing Pending?
