Birth certificate issued by a municipal authority or any office authorized to issue birth and death certificate by the registerar of births & deaths

For Applicants born before 26.01.1989 :
Birth certificate or school leaving certificate / secondary school leaving certificate / certificate of recognized boards from the school last attended by the applicant or any other recognized educational institutation

For Illiterate People :
Affidavit sworn before a magistrate / notary stating date / place of birth as per the specimen in annexure ‘A’ by illiterate or semi-illiterate applicants (less than 5th class)

Companies/Schools/Other Establishments can Submit applications in bulk through one of their employee.

Functions of Bangalore City Police

  • I HAVE APPLIED FOR PCC ON 19TH. I WANT TO SEE THE STATUS OF THE PCC BUT I AM NOT GETTING HOW TO CHECK IT .
    IF I PUT SB/SK/PCC255/2016 , I AM GETTING THE STATUS AS FILE NOT FOUND, PLEASE HELP ME HOW TO FIND THE STATUS OF TE FILE.
