Payment of Affiliation Fee through e-Challan :

It is notified for the information of all concerned that schools intending to seek fresh affiliation/approval of Middle Class Syllabus with CBSE or the existing affiliated schools seeking upgradation / Extension of affiliation /Introduction of Additional Subjects are required to remit prescribed fee through a system generated e-challan at any branches of HDFC Bank or through NEFT /RTGS through branches of any nationalized /scheduled Banks w.e.f. 21st March, 2014.

For this purpose HDFC Bank branch locater is provided on the website cbseaff.nic.in/cbse_aff/School/OnlineAppStatus.aspx . The HDFC Bank will accept requisite fee amount by cash/DD/Cheque. However the confirmation page of online application can be generated by schools only after crediting requisite fee in the CBSE account with HDFC Bank.

Schools opting to remit fee through NEFT /RTGS in the CBSE account with HDFC bank can also take print of confirmation of online application form subject to realisation of the requisite fee in the CBSE account with HDFC Bank.

After taking printout of confirmation page of online application form, the same duly signed by the Principal and Manager of the school alongwith enclosures and CBSE copy of fee payment challan shall be sent to the Board at the following address

Payment Of Pay And Allowances On Reinstatement :
1) When an employee who has been dismissed, removed or compulsorily retired from service is reinstated as a result of appeal or would have been so reinstated but for his retirement on superannuation while under suspension preceeding the dismissal, removal or compulsory retirement as the case may be, the Committee shall consider and make a specific order

a) with regard to the salary and allowances to be paid to the employee for the period of his absence from duty including the period of suspension proceeding his dismissal, removal or compulsory retirement as the case may be; and

b) whether or not the said period shall be treated as the period spent on duty.
