Categories:

1. As per Scheme : All applications in this category have been found to be as per the prescribed scheme

Status :
The processing of any application goes through following phases
1. Form Collection : The form is received at the center.
2. Form Entry Done : Form details entered into the system .
3. Verification : The form and attached documents are verified as per prescribed scheme.
4. Processing : The form is verified and marked to department for further processing.
5. Disbursed: The form is approved and the funds have been disbursed.

What is Goa Electronics Griha Aadhar Scheme?

The Government of Goa (Goa Electronics) hereby notifies the Griha Aadhar Scheme. The objective of the scheme is to address the problem of spiralling prices and to provide support to the housewives/homemakers from middle, lower middle and poor section of the society, to maintain a reasonable standard of living for their families. Under this scheme an amount of ` 1000/- per month will be provided directly at the hands of the housewives/homemakers to achieve the above objective.

Process Description:

** Application Receipt : All the application forms are inwarded with basic details of the applicant.
** Application Entry : Data entry is done of the application and all the relevant documents are scanned and uploaded into the system.

Verification and Recommendation : Verification is conducted against the eligibility criteria’s as specified in the scheme notification document and based on the verification,applications are recommended as either As Per Scheme,Committee, Incomplete or Not Eligible.

1. I submitted my Life certificate in the month of October but, till date amount not credited in my account, after that I given a written application to your office in March with Bank pass book Photo copy. I request you to please check the same and transfer the amount from October to till date in my account

2. I have applied for GRIHA Aadhar scheme. the same is showing as incomplete due to expiration of residence certificate. I wanted to inquire as what I have to do further? Do I have to submit new residence certificate, and if so where do I have to submit?

Error / Problem:
1. My funds of GRIHA aadhar are not credited to my account. I had check the status it shows, “House Not Traceable”. My address is same. I have not changed. Please see into the matter and credit my funds to my account. For last six months, I have not received funds.

2. As per your computer, it states sanctioned last year but l am yet to get a single installment,only surveys had been done for all this year’s even lately in August. I have submitted my income certificate. Please want to know, whose account is my money going since it sanction order.

3. I had applied for Griha Adhar Scheme in July. My application number is 245846 & registration number is GA/PON-16418, status displays as compliance by applicant and processing. When will be funds disburse to me? Please do the needful at the most earliest as possible.
