SIDBI Mitra Mobile App
We are happy to introduce our customer friendly mobile app ” SIDBI Mitra “. It eases your access to your account information and communication with your RM/ Branch Manager, all on the go! To activate the app please submit the signed Authorisation Letter to your SIDBI Branch.

How To Register
1. Submit the authorization form from the firm/company to SIDBI branch office, to access the mobile app. Using the details provided, SIDBI will activate the facility on the registered mobile number and inform the customer.
2. Download SIDBI MITRA app from the Google Play Store on your Android phone or iOS App Store on your iPhone.
3. Install the app and open it. Proceed to register yourself by clicking on the Register button.
4. Enter your registered Email-ID and registered Mobile Number and select your Company from the dropdown box given in the Name of Firm/Company field.
5. Enter a unique User ID of your choice– between 5 to 10 alphanumeric characters long and no special characters or spaces. *The User ID should be different for different companies*
6. Enter the Password of your choice – between 8 to 20 characters long. It must have a minimum of one uppercase letter, one lower case letter and one numeral.
7. The User would be required to enter his name in User’s Full name and select his/her designation from the dropdown box given in the Designation field.
8. Once all the information has been entered, click the Register button.
9. You will receive an activation link on your registered email id. Open the mail and click on the link to activate the app.
10. Now you are ready to go. Login into SIDBI Mitra app using your User ID and Password and start using the app to check your account details, seek information, receive information and alerts and send messages to the Relationship Manager.
