How to apply online for Domicile Certificate Goa?

For obtaining Domicile Certificate :

** This Application Is Addressed To Collectorate/District Magistrate.
** The Fields marked with * are compulsory.

** Application will be required to produce proof with regard date and place of Birth.
** Incase relevant documents are not uploaded,the application will be subjected to cancellation.
** The Reference No. generated after submitting the application online should be maintained for tracking the status of the application.

4. Enter Id Proof
5. Enter the id Proof Number

Personal Details :
1. Enter Applicant’s Title
2. Enter Applicant’s Name
3. Enter House No
4. Enter Taluka
5. Enter Pincode
6. Enter Father’s Title
7. Enter Father’s Name
8. Enter Birth Date
9. Enter Place of Birth

Procedure To Apply :
** Register yourself on goaonline.gov.in and login.
** Fill in the application form.
** Attach relevant documents.
** Submit the application and note the acknowledgement no. for status tracking.

Documents Required :
1. Birth Certificate. [Self attested]
2. Residence Certificate (preceding 5 years). [Self attested]
3. Educational qualification Certificate. [Self attested]
4. Identity proof e.g. Voters card, PAN card, Driving License, Passport copy, Aadhaar card, etc. (Any one) [Self attested]
5. Affidavit on Rs. 50/- stamp paper.

Designated Officials :
** Designated Officer: Collector
** Appellate Authority: Secretary (Revenue)
** Processing Time: Five Days

Note :
** Kindly maintain the Acknowledgement number generated on submission of the application online, for tracking status of your application.

Uploaded Documents :
Following documents should be uploaded :
(1)Residence Certificate from Mamlatdar.
(2)Birth Certificate.
(3)Attested Copy of Ration Card.
(4)An affidavit to the effect that domicile has been renounced in case where the applicant is born outside Goa
(5)Application should be submitted with 2 passport size photographs

  • Now ration cards wont be provided to those above certain annual income. So how do these people apply for the domicile certificate?

  • WHAT IS THE FORMAT FOR AFFIDAVIT TO THE EFFECT THAT DOMICILE RENOUNCED IN CASE WHERE IS BORN OUTSIDE GOA?
