Payment Gateway Service charges will not be refunded for service cancellation/ failure transactions in e-ticketing.
What happen in case of breakdown is ticket amount refunded?
In case of technical / Break Down problem, the traveler will be allowed to travel in other UTC buses or refund will be made for the remaining journey.
Do I Have to pay extra when compared to buying the tickets in the traditional I way?
UTC does not charge anything extra when compared to the traditional way. The tickets are absolutely at the same cost only payment gateway charges will be extra.
What credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept the following Credit cards Visa. MasterCard.
I dont have a credit card can I still buy tickets at UTC?
Yes. You dont necessarily need to have a Credit card to buy tickets on UTC. You can buy tickets through Debit Card or Net Banking also.
How many type of Concession UTC providing?
UTC is providing types of concessions. Bus Pass Based Concession, Without Pass Concession and Concession using Discount Offers Cashback and Flat Discount.
Is concession is applicable on ticket or a seat?
Bus Pass Based Concession, Without Pass Concession are applicable on seat but discount will be applicable on ticket.
Can I cancel my ticket partial or not?
Partial cancellation is allowed, for which cancellation terms and conditions will apply.
Cancel ticket reservation fee refundable or not?
Reservation Fee is non-refundable except in case of 100 % cancellation of tickets, if the service is cancelled by UTC for operational or any other reasons.
Can I cancel the ticket?
Yes. The tickets booked through UTC online can be cancelled. Money is transferred back to the passengers Credit/Debit card account/ Net banking account.
