Ganga Hospital Insurance Details
On Admission:
** Patients are requested to approach the Insurance Desk. (Ground Floor A & B Block)
** Provide the required documents (Insurance details & KYC) at Insurance Desk
** Insurance Desk will apply for preauthorization
** Patients are requested to pay the Billing counter the difference in the estimated and preauthorization approval amount before the procedure.
** Minimum time to receive the preauthorization from Insurance company will be between 3 to 6 hrs.
On Discharge:
** Requested documents will be received from Nurses Station.
** Insurance Desk will apply for enhancement.
** On approval from Insurance company the same will be intimated to the patients.
** Patients are requested to approach the Billing Counter and settled the Bill.
** Settlement of refund is subject to the actual realization of the mentioned amount by the Insurance Company.
** Minimum time to receive the enhancement from Insurance Company will be between 2 to 6 hrs.
