How To Apply For No Objection Certificate in Tamil Nadu Dental Council?
The applicant should come in person to the office. All particulars of the application must be filled by the applicant. The name and particulars entered must exactly correspond with the name and particulars of the applicant entered at the University.

Documents Required For Tamil Nadu Dental No Objection Certificate
Applying For New NOC
** Documents to be submitted along with the No Objection Certificate Application Form
** All Original Certificates & Address proof (A4 Size) Colour Xerox copy only. It’s Mandatory.
** Take a (A4 size) colour printout of the application form in a single side (Don’t take front and back).
** Original Registration Certificate (issued by the Tamil Nadu Dental Council) has to be surrendered herewith for Cancellation.
** If a Candidate cannot come in person – he / she will submit his / her Form duly signed and give a separate authorization letter and mention his / her Name & Photo ID proof (A4 size) Colour Xerox to someone.
Applying For Duplicate NOC
** Documents to be submitted along with the No Objection Certificate Application Form
** All Original Certificates & Address proof take (A4 Size) Colour Xerox copy only. It’s Mandatory.
** Take a (A4 size) colour printout of the application form on a single side (Don’t print on both sides).
** FIR (A4 size) colour copy for misplaced Original Tamil Nadu Dental Council No Objection Certificate with their mentioned registration number and other details.
** Affidavit from Notary Public for the duplicate registration certificate. Affidavit original should be submitted at the time of applying NOC.
** Handwritten letter from Candidate stating that the duplicate registration certificate is the same as mentioned in the affidavit.
** If a Candidate cannot come in person – he / she will submit his / her Form duly signed and give a separate authorization letter and mention his / her Name & Photo ID proof (A4 size) Colour Xerox to someone.
Applying For Expired NOC
** Documents to be submitted along with the No Objection Certificate Application Form
** All Original Certificates & Address proof take (A4 Size) Colour Xerox copy only. It’s Mandatory.
** Take a (A4 size) colour printout of the application form on a single side (Don’t print on both sides).
** Original Expired NOC (issued by Tamil Nadu Dental Council) surrender herewith for cancellation.
** Handwritten letter from Candidate’s stating the reason for the expiry of the NOC.
** If a Candidate cannot come in person – he / she will submit his / her Form duly signed and give a separate authorization letter and mention his / her Name & Photo ID proof (A4 size) Colour Xerox to someone.
