How To Apply For Pending Mutation in Telangana?
To apply for pending mutation on the Bhu Bharati Telangana portal, log in with Aadhaar-based authentication, select “Application for Pending Mutation” under the mutation services, and enter the registered document or passbook details. The system allows uploading required documents to update land records after a property transfer.
Login
1) Visit Bhu Bharati (https://bhubharati.telangana.gov.in/) portal and click on the Login button to avail any service.
2) If not registered with Bhu Bharati, click on the Signup to register into the portal (check user registration manual if required).
3) If already registered with Bhu Bharati, login to the portal by entering the mobile number, password, captcha, and click on the Get OTP button.
4) OTP has been successfully sent to the registered mobile number. Click on the OK button.
5) Enter OTP and click on the Validate OTP button.
6) OTP has been verified successfully. Click on the OTP button.
7) Citizen Dashboard is now open for using any service.
Application For Pending Mutation
1. To avail the Application for Pending Mutation service, hover over Mutation and click on it.
2. Choose Application for Pending Mutation.
3. You can check all the citizen side flows involved in the application and click on the Proceed button to move further into the application.
4. Select do you have passbook no yes/no, if yes please enter passbook number and click on fetch.
5. Seller details populate. Select the check box corresponding to the survey number and enter the extent purchased. Enter registered document details.
6. Choose Yes/No for Do you have Passbook No. in Telangana State? When Yes has been chosen, enter the Passbook Number and click on the Fetch button.
7. When No has been chosen, Add buyer details by clicking on the Add Buyer button.
8. Buyer details populate. Click on the Submit button after ticking the checkboxes of declarations.
9. Application number is generated.
Payment
10. Click on the Make Payment button.
11. Check the checkbox for accepting terms and conditions and click on the Proceed button.
12. You will be redirected to the payment gateway and pay the fee.
eKYC Request
13. Go to Dashboard.
14. Click on the Proceed for eKYC button.
15. A pop-up appears asking for confirmation to send request for eKYC at Mee Seva. Click on the OK button.
16. Request has been successfully sent. Application is now pending at Mee Seva for capturing ekyc.
