The Lok Bhavan Tour Online Booking System is a digital platform, primarily used for scheduling school group visits to the Tamil Nadu Raj Bhavan. It allows staff members to register and book specific time slots for students from 6th to 12th standard.
How To Book To Visit Raj Bhavan Online?
Request to visit Raj Bhavan can be made by On-line Booking system through the link “Online Registration for visit of Raj Bhavan-Chennai” available on the Home Page of the website of Raj Bhavan Chennai. https://tnrajbhavan.gov.in
All the students will be assembled at the Reception Lounge next to Security Gate No-2 and from there the visit to the Raj Bhavan will be on the following route:
** Arrival at Reception Lounge
** Herbal Garden
** Nursery Garden
** Bharathiar Mandapam
** The Main Lawn
** Presidential Suite
** Lakshmi Garden
** Silver Jubilee Garden
** Front view of Raj Bhavan
** Back to Reception Lounge
Instructions On Raj Bhavan Online Booking
** Students from 6th Standard to 12th Standard will be allowed for the visit.
** Online request should be made at least 1 week before the date of visit.
** Entry to Raj Bhavan for students will be through the Security Gate No-2 of Raj Bhavan.
** The incharge and students are required to produce the valid photo ID card at entry point. (This ID should be same as the one used for registration on website).

Note:
** At Present, the TN Lok Bhavan Tour is opened only for High Schools and Higher Secondary Schools students of Tamil Nadu.
** The staff member of the respective School has to Signup first and then submit the details for TN Lok Bhavan Tour on the desired date/time slot (if available).
** Online booking is subject to confirmation through emails.
** Mobile phones and Cameras will not be permitted inside the Raj Bhavan.
** For security reasons, Raj Bhavan Office reserves the right to approve/regret the request. Raj Bhavan Office also reserves the right to cancel without assigning any reason, if the circumstances render it necessary.
** However, if due to unforeseen circumstances the booking is cancelled by Raj Bhavan, dates will be rescheduled.
** Parking of vehicles of the students will be near the Reception Lounge.
