Tickets/Packages/Offers:
** With effect from 1st April 2025 free entry is applicable for children under 3.3ft at both Amusement Park & Waterpark.; General tickets must be purchased for child above 4.6 ft and all adults; sr. citizen tickets for guests aged 60+; Student tickets for college students (unless otherwise specified) with valid ID.
** At Water Park, Express ticket allows 1 entry to select rides (viz., )Free Fall, Sky Fall, Whizzard, Mat Racer, Boomrango, Cyclone, Nightmare, Tornado, Master Blaster, Xtreme Volcano, Fusion float, Loopy river, Whirl n swirl, Drop zone, Super curl and Crazy river via express queue on the same day of visit, in addition to unlimited entries via regular queue.
** Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited (Wet’nJoy) reserves the right to offer different pricing on different days, during non-peak & peak days for different guests & groups including corporates, schools, complimentary passes, special interest groups, the elderly, etc.
** Prices, offers & days defined as weekday/weekend/peak/non-peak are subject to change without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions On Wet’nJoy Lonavala

** Same day tickets can be booked only at the ticket counter. Online bookings and offers can be availed only if booked one day prior.
** Bookings are non-refundable.
** Rental Costumes will be charged at INR 300* (Inclusive of INR 100* refundable deposit)
** Lockers & parking will be available at extra cost.
** Food, beverages, retail shopping and mini attractions are not included in the ticket and is available at extra cost.
** Offers: No two offers can be clubbed together.

Child Criteria from 1st April 2025 onwards
For Tickets:
** Kids, below 3.3 feet will be free.
** 3.3 feet to 4.6 feet kids will be charged as per child ticket rate
** 4.6 feet height and above would be charged as per Adult Rates only.

For Buffet Lunch:
** Kids, below 3.3 feet will be free, if accompanying with parents opting for Buffet Lunch.
** 3.3 feet to 4.6 feet would be charged as per Child Buffet Rate.
** Buffet Lunch: 01:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Note:
** Alcohol and drunk visitors are not permitted.
** Jain food will be available for A la carte menu.
** 18% Taxes applicable extra

** The Voucher Amount is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
** This voucher is valid only on the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the voucher will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed.
** This voucher is issued to the original recipient and is non-transferable or non-refundable. It cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
** This voucher is valid for Food purchase only and cannot be reused or redeemed for cash.
** This voucher cannot be used for the purchase of merchandise , FMCG MRP or Chocolate products and Cigarette.
** This voucher cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
** In-case of Voucher Damaged /lost or stolen Wet’nJoy Management will not be responsible for the replacement or compensation.
** If the full value of the voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance can be used in another purchases until the voucher value over.
** This voucher can only be redeemed at Waterpark or Amusement park food products at all Restaurant only.
** This Voucher will not redeemable at Food Kiosk and Khaugalli Food products.
