Instructions On Nicco Park Ticket Booking
** After successful completion of the online ticket booking process, you will receive payment from CCAvenue and its booking details.
** You can either print the document or show the same from your mobile along with Counter located at our Main Gate to get the final ticket, the wrist band.
** Tickets will not be messaged or mailed.
** SMS / mails with the New Ticket Booking Order confirming your ID Proof (compulsory) upon your arrival at the Online Booking
** For Parks’ Package, last entry is till 4.00 pm.
** Online booking is non-transferable and non-refundable.
** Rides & Attractions are subject to its availability.
** Operation of Rides/Attraction will be suspended during adverse weather conditions.
** Rates may change without any prior information.
** Management reserves all rights.
Cancellation/Refund Policy On Nicco Park Ticket Booking
** Tickets once purchased through Offline or booked through Online cannot be cancelled and refunded.
** Incase of booking of wrong category, the difference amount must be paid by the guest.
** Refund will be made towards the security deposit amount paid for the Rental Items only.
** Any refund is applicable as per the sole discretion of the Nicco Park management.
** There will be no charges for modification of date for visit, however, any change in ticket rate on account of upgradation from the Park’s Entry Fee to Parks’ Package Fee, a difference amount will be charged. Conversely, there will be no refund of the difference amount.
** Guest, booked online through Nicco Parks’ website can modify for the date of visit before 12am, one day prior to the original booking date.
** The validity of the same will be similar to the validity of the offer against which the booking is made.
Rules On Nicco Park Ticket Booking
** Park entry is restricted to number of persons as per ticket. The ticket is valid only for the date and time specified.
** Alcohol / outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the Park. People under any kind of intoxication are strictly not allowed to enter the Park.
** A security check is conducted on all visitors, bags, luggage and parcels and other items at the point of entry into the Park and any other locations inside the Park as considered appropriate.
** Visitors are requested to show courtesy to fellow Park guests and the service staff. Do not use any foul language and engage in unsafe and offensive behavior.
** Please maintain discipline in the ride queue area. Members of a group already in queue, are not allowed to join them.
** Visitors are requested to dress appropriately while visiting the park.
** Visitors should not wear Sarees, Dupattas, Long Pants, Shirts, Jeans, Burkha, Denim (Jeans, Three fourth Jeans) cargos & indecent attire while in the Water Rides/ pools.
** Safety is paramount. Since many rides are adventurous, guests are advised to strictly follow the safety instructions of lifeguards, ride operators and read the displayed instructions for safe riding.
** Management will not be held responsible for any injury/accident due to negligence of the visitors.
** Pools are shallow. Do not dive into pools.
** Pregnant women, heart and high blood pressure patients and those prone to epilepsy, are strictly advised to avoid fast/adventurous rides / Water slides.
** Children should always be accompanied by adults. Parents are asked to pay special attention to children.
** Some rides have height restrictions. Children below the stipulated height are not permitted in such rides.
** Guests may be asked to leave the park even before closing time if necessary.
