Passengers must carry the ID card used during booking and present it at the counter. Only one jeep booking is permitted per ID card.
3. Contact Information & Reconfirmation:
** Passengers must provide correct phone number and email address.
** If incorrect contact details are provided, booking may be canceled automatically with no refund.
** Passengers must contact the driver after booking to reconfirm the trip.
4. No-Show & Scheduling:
** If the assigned vehicle or driver fails to arrive, we will rebook you on the next available slot at no extra charge.
** If no suitable slot is available, passengers may choose a full refund.
** Trips may be canceled or rescheduled due to safety reasons such as weather or vehicle issues.
** Passengers will be notified and offered refund or reschedule.
** The operator is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs due to rescheduling.
5. Cancellation & Refunds (Passenger-Initiated):
** Cancellations made more than 12 hours before safari: 10% cancellation fee.
** Cancellations made within 12 hours of safari: no refund.
6. Health, Safety & Conduct:
** Safari involves rugged terrain. Participants must be physically fit.
** Not recommended for pregnant individuals or certain medical conditions.
** Seat belts must be worn at all times.
** Follow guide instructions.
** Misconduct may result in removal without refund.
7. Liability & Property:
Operator is not liable for personal injury or property loss.
