Note:
** Rates above are inclusive of 18% GST.
** Please report to the boat landing area 30 minutes prior to your scheduled trip time. The common parking area is 4 km away from the boat landing area and is NOT the reporting point.
** Please refer to the terms specified here for other details.
** By using this website to book tickets, you agree to accept the following terms and conditions:
** Tickets once confirmed will not be Cancelled / Refunded / Amended.
** Tickets are not transferable.
** In case of cancellation of boat trips due to the mechanical breakdown,the responsibility of the management is limited to refund the advance amount collected.Seat arrangement of the next trip can be made only as per free availability of seats.
** Tickets confirmed for a particular trip ( Day and Trip time) is valued only for that particular day and trip.
** Forest entry fee as per rule has to be purchased from the forest information office separately.
** Keep your ticket handy till your exit from the sanctuary.
** Please obey the instruction from the forest departments and the boat crews, Violators will be prosecuted as per sanctuary rules.
** Report at the boat landing before 30 minutes of the scheduled time of departure of the boats.
Cancellation Policy of KTDC
Cancellation policy applicable to KTDC properties with effect from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027
From 1st April to 19th December & from 6th January to 31st March:
** Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will not incur any cancellation fee.
** Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time will result in the forfeiture of advance equivalent to one night’s applicable tariff for the total number of rooms booked.
** Non-arrival on the scheduled date will be considered as “no-show” and the full advance will be forfeited.
From 20th December to 5th January & Onam / Diwali / Pooja Holidays:
** Cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will not incur any cancellation fee.
** Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date will result in the forfeiture of advance equivalent to one night’s applicable tariff for the total number of rooms booked.
** No-show: Full advance will be forfeited.
Applicable only for:
Samudra, Golden Peak, Suvasam, Water Scapes, Periyar House, Aranya Nivas, Lake Palace, Tea County, Bolgatty Palace.
Onam / Diwali / Pooja Holidays – 2026-2027:
** Onam Holidays: 22nd to 29th August 2026
** Pooja Holidays: 17th to 24th October 2026
** Diwali Holidays: 8th to 14th November 2026
