Weather Conditions for Halting Ferry Operations:
** Wind Speed: Operations will be suspended if wind speeds exceed 25-30 knots (46-55 km/h). In extreme weather, services may stop at lower speeds as per IMD warnings.
** Rain & Visibility: Ferry services will be halted if heavy rainfall reduces visibility below 0.5 nautical miles (~1 km).
** Cyclones & Storms: Immediate suspension upon IMD alerts for heavy rain, thunderstorms, or cyclones.
Terms and Conditions :
** Passengers must carry a valid government-issued ID matching the booking details.
** Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the named passenger.
** Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
** Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy.
