You can generate a fee challan for the Punjab Nurses Registration Council (PNRC) by visiting the PNRC Official Website.
Steps to Generate the PNRC Fee Challan:
1. Go to the Official Portal: Navigate to PNRC Online.
2. Select the Challan Option: Click on the “Generate Challan for Fee” or visit PNRC Pay Fee Portal directly.
3. Fill in the Required Details: Enter your personal information as prompted on the screen.
4. Verify Fee Amounts: Check the specific fee amount applicable to your request (such as registration, NOC, or re-totaling).
5. Print the Challan: Generate and print out the Axis Bank fee challan.
6. Deposit the Fee: Take the printed challan to any nearest branch of Axis Bank to complete the payment. (Note: For certain specific services or institution-level requests like re-totalling, follow instructions strictly from the institute login portal).

1. Fee structure shown on pnrconline.in is current fees structure decided by Punjab Nurses Registration Council. Any change can be made as per decisionof PNRC Committee without prior information. So members are strictly advised to check and verify the amount before proceeding to payment process. Anydispute/Claims related to misunderstanding will not be entertained.
2. No amount will be refunded in any manner if member has made online payment and cancelled the services. In some fair cases, PNRC can decide to adjust the amount agains that particular member’s account only.
3. Only amount received by PNRC will be adjusted. Internet charges, transaction charges or any other associated charges will not be adjusted in any case.
4. Amount paid by user will be total of amount payable to PNRC and online transaction charges charged by our Payment Gateway Partner.
PNRC Shipping Policy
1. No shipping is required as all the information is provided on website only and there are no product that need shipping in any manner.
2. No shipping charges will charged to members.
About PNRC:
It is felt that the time has come when the interests of the increasing number of trained nurses, health visitors, midwives, nurse, dais and trained dais and of their clientele should be protected and this can be best achieved by the registration and proper control of such nurses, health visitors, midwives, nurse, dais and trained dais.
Moreover, registration in itself supplied an incentive to take training and thereby improves professional standards. It is accordingly proposed to enact measures on the lines of the law in force in Great Britain where there is a Council which deals with various questions relating to nurses, such as the training examination, registration, etc. of nurses and their removal from the register maintained under the authority of the Council.
