No Objection Certificate

Airports Authority of India has introduced an online “No Objection Certificate Application System” for Building / Chimney / Transmission lines/ Masts & Structures Height clearances for submission of NOC applications online.

With this system,applicants will not only be able to apply for NOC online but will also be able to track the status of their applications. The NOCAS system carries out related calculations to decide on the height clearances based on site location coordinates provided by the applicant.

Forgot Password :
This functionality is used to request a new password if a user has forgotten his/her current password.

Instructions :
** User clicks on FORGOT PASSWORD link in the Login page.
** NOCAS will display ForgotPassword page.
** User enters correct values in all the input fields in ForgotPassword page and clicks on OK button.
** NOCAS will display alert message “The new password will be sent to you by concerned authority”.
** User clicks on CANCEL button in ForgotPassword page.
** NOCAS will close the ForgotPassword page.

Terms And Conditions :
Welcome to No Objection Certificate Application System (For Height Clearance). NOCAS provides Internet service to apply NOC for constructing structure in AAI (Airports Authority of India) Premises. Pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below. By clicking on the [Submit] button, you are agreeing to use the Services in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and with all Applicable Laws and Regulations.

Modification of Terms of Service :
NOCAS may change the terms and conditions of the Service upon which NOCAS will notify you of the changes. NOCAS may at its sole discretion from time to time offer you variety of features and facilities for the service. NOCAS however reserves its right to discontinue to offer such features and facilities for the service at anytime without prior notice.

Subscriber Conduct :
SPAMMING IS PROHIBITED. Spamming includes the transmission of any form of fake NOC Application that can be interpreted as junk. NOCAS will immediately terminate the service, which it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any spam NOCs. You agree you are solely responsible for your content and you acknowledge NOCAS acts as a passive conduit for the distribution and transmission of your data.

Registration Data :
In consideration for the Service, you agree to provide NOCAS current, complete, and accurate registration information (the “Registration Data”) as prompted to do by the Service and to maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate.

Privacy :
Except as provided in Section 2 above, NOCAS will not intentionally monitor or disclose your password information unless required by law, enforcement agencies, regulation or court order. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

Personal Use & Security :
You acknowledge that your right to use the service is personal to you. You agree not to resell or make any commercial use of the service without the prior consent of NOCAS. You are entirely responsible for not maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You shall be fully liable for all use of your account, including any unauthorized use of your account by any third-party.

Terms :
This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for till the usage of services by you. Either you or NOCAS may terminate the service at any time, with or without cause.

Privacy Policy :
1)This policy covers how NOCAS treats personal information that NOCAS collects and receives,including information related to your past use of NOCAS services. Personal information is information about you that is, personally identifiable like your name, address, email address or phone number and that are not otherwise publically available.
2)This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that NOCAS does not own or control, or to people that NOCAS does not employ or manage.
3)NOCAS collects personal information when you register with NOCAS and when you use NOCAS services.
4)When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, ZIP code, and personal interests.When you register with NOCAS and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
5)You can edit your NOCAS Account Information, at any time. Only admin can delete your NOCAS account .
6) NOCAS may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your NOCAS account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
