Internet Banking :

If you are a customer of Corporation Bank, you can avail all the benefits of net banking by submitting an application for the same.

If you have already applied for internet banking in the Account Opening Form itself, there is no need for separate application.

If you are an individual customer, you have to apply for Retail Banking and if the account is operated by more than one person jointly, or if the account pertains to partnership firm, limited company etc, you have to apply for Corporate Banking.

The User ID and passwords will be provided by the branch where the accounts are maintained

In case of Retail Banking only one User ID and a login password and authorization passwords will be provided. Whenever the customer wants to login to our net banking the user can do so by using the User ID and login password, and if he does any transaction like Fund Transfer, Opening a Deposit etc, the authorization password has to be provided when it is asked.

In case of Corporate Banking, one Domain ID with a set of user IDs and login passwords as requested by the customer would be provided and authorization passwords also will be provided for those required User IDs as required by the customer. Viewing rights will be provided for all the user IDs and payment rights will be given for those user IDs specified by the customer. Whenever the customer wants to login to our net banking the user can do so by using the user ID and login password, and if he does any transaction like Fund Transfer, Opening a Deposit etc, the same has to be authorized by another user, who is having authorization rights after logging into net banking with his user ID and Password and authorization has to be done by the authorization password.

The Various Menu Options And Information Available In The Internet Banking :
Account Details :
Running Accounts :
Branch Name, Account Number, Name of the Account, Operation Clause, Nominee Details, Date of Opening the Account, Clear & Unclear Balance, Last updated Date.

Deposit Accounts :
Branch Name, Account Number, Name of the Account, Repayment Clause, Nominee Details, Date of Deposit, Date of Maturity, Period of Deposit, Rate of Interest, Maturity Value, Current Balance, Tax Deduction at source.

Loan Accounts :
Branch Name, Account Number, Name of the Account, Repayment Clause, Nominee Details, Loan Availed Date, Loan Period, Rate of Interest, Repayment Schedule, Current Balance.

Enquiry :
Balance Enquiry :
The current balance for all accounts are displayed. Statements of Accounts :
Facilitates viewing/printing of the statements of Account for a chosen account number for the given form and to date or download statements in Excel format or in Multi-Cash format or MT940 format for direct uploading of information to the customer applications.

Consolidated Balances :
Balances of all accounts within a branch or across branches would be available for view/download.

Others :
** Information about local/outstation cheques/bills sent for collection, discount or purchase.
** Information about the cheques issued by the customer for payment.
** Individual transaction details.

Closed Accounts :
Provides information on accounts that are closed (Running, Deposit, and Loan Accounts)

Fund Transfer :
The maximum amount that can be transferred using Funds Transfer option is Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh only) per day for retail banking customers.

Own Account Transfer :
Enables transfer of funds from one account of the customer to the other within the same branch or across branches. No OTP is required for own account transfer.

Third Party Fund Transfer :
To effect third party funds transfer, the customer should have registered the beneficiary at the base branch where the account is maintained or created the beneficiary online. For creating a beneficiary online, the customer should have registered the mobile number and the email- ID with the Bank.

Facility to transfer funds to third party accounts within the Bank or across Banks, Funds transfer to other Banks, is facilitated using National Electronics Fund Transfer (NEFT) and Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS). Fund transfer through NEFT is done in hourly batches from 8 :00 AM to 7:00 PM (SATURDAYS 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.) and Fund transfer through RTGS is done on real time basis from 09.00 A.M. TO 04.30 P.M. (SATURDAYS 09.00 A.M. TO 1.30 P.M.) respectively.

Immediate Payment Services (IMPS) :
National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) has introduced Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) through which funds can be transferred within the Bank and outside the Bank within two minutes time. By providing MMID (Mobile Money Identifier) of the beneficiary and Mobile No, or by providing the IFSC Code (including Corporation Bank) and the Account No. (15 digit Account No.) Of the beneficiary up to Rs.50, 000/- can be transferred through IMPS.
For third party funds transfer within the Bank or across Banks, a one time password is sent to the registered mobile number and this should be entered after entering the authorization password.

Add Beneficiary :
It enables creation of beneficiary within the Bank or across Banks. While creating beneficiaries who maintain accounts with other Banks, provide the correct IFSC Code and Bank Account Number. Once Beneficiary or Payee information is created, you have to activate the payee. A One-Time-Password [OTP] is sent to the registered mobile and this has to be entered to activate the beneficiary or payee.

Status Enquiry :
This option can be used to know the current status of remittance. The status â- Aâ- indicates that the transaction is authorized and â- Eâ- indicates that the remittance of funds transfer has been executed. If it is â- Râ- it indicates that the transaction has been rejected.

Credit Card Payment :
This option is used for affecting funds transfer from your account towards Corporation Bank Credit Card dues. You can request for payments and also know the current status of payment using the Status enquiry option.
Installment Payment : Customers can choose the RD/FRD/Loan Installment option for payment of their Recurring Deposit (RD). Flexi Recurring Deposit (FRD) installments or pay their installments towards their loan accounts online.

NEFT Upload :
This option can be used for carrying out multiple NEFT/RTGS transactions. Customers can enter the details of NEFT/RTGS in a file and upload the same for processing.

RD/FRD/LOAN Installment Payment :
Customer can make payment towards RD/FRD and various Loan accounts of their own or third party accounts. For making third party transactions customer has to create the Beneficiary first and then activate it.

Open Deposit :
** Customers can use this option to open Term Deposits online. Customers can transfer funds from their operative running accounts and open Fixed Deposits (FD) or Reinvestment Deposits (KCC) for varying maturities from 7 days to 10 years. Customers are provided an electronic Deposit Receipt which they can print and have as reference. On maturity, the deposit would be closed and the amount would be credited to the base account. Customers are entitled to avail a loan on this deposit, for which they have to visit the branch for executing the documents.
** Customers can open deposit, enquire the status of the e-deposit, print e-deposit receipt, prematurely close the deposit in case of need, indicate their option to avail loan against e-deposit through online.
** Customers can also open Recurring Deposit, Flexi-Recurring Deposit online (12 months to 120 months in case of recurring deposits (RD) and 36 months in case of Flexi recurring deposits (FRD)). They can remit the installments to the aforesaid recurring deposits online by debit to their accounts or remit the installments manually at the branch where these deposits are opened. The Recurring deposit installments can be paid online for their own deposits or for also third party recurring deposit accounts.

Online Requests :
Customers can request for issuance of Demand Drafts, Cheque Book or issue instructions to the Bank for Stop Payment of a cheque. SMS Registration
Customers can choose the base branch where they require this facility and specify the mobile number which they want to register for mobile banking.

Utility Payments/Tax & External Pay :
** Customers can use this facility for registering their LIC Policies and also for payment of premium for the registered policies online.
** Customers can register for utility bill payments through Bill Desk for payment of their utility bills online.
** Customers can also pay their Value Added Tax, Service Tax, Direct Tax (Income Tax) and various State Government Taxes through this module. Customers can also view the status of the tax payment made under this module. The status â- Aâ- indicates that the transaction is authorized and â- Eâ- indicates that the remittance of funds transfer has been executed. If it is â- Râ- it indicates that the transaction has been rejected.
** Customers can book railway tickets, Bus tickets, make online purchases, pay customs duty, Port community system etc, payments through the respective internet sites and can view the status of the transactions under this module.
** Customers can view online the Total Tax Payments made for any given Assessment Year. This facility is provided through the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) site.

ASBA (Application Supported Blocked Amount) :
Customers can register and maintain their investor profile and facilitate application entry/application revocation for the issues that are supported for ASBA. The amount would be earmarked in the account till the closure and allotment of shares.

My Profile :
Contact Details : The option can be used to view the contact details at the base branch where the account is maintained by the customer. For any modification of the data customer has to visit the branch.

Change Password :
Customers can use this option to change their passwords (both login and authorization). Customers are advised in their own interest to frequently change their passwords and not to reveal them to anyone. The Passwords should be minimum 8 characters long and a maximum of 16 characters. The password chosen should contain at least one numeral and one alphabet. The passwords are case sensitive. i.e. if the passwords are entered in small case, then it should be entered in small case only.

Security Setting :
All customers are advised to make use of the security settings so that in case they forget their passwords, they can use the forget password option in the login screen and regenerate the passwords themselves without approaching the Web Centre of the Bank. Customers should choose a minimum of two and a maximum of three security questions and remember the associated answers apart from their user-id and date of birth.

Change Image/Message :
This option should be used by the customers to change the anti-phishing image and the anti-phishing phrase chosen by them. These images are displayed immediately after the users enter the User-ID.
